Namaste! Welcome to India and New Delhi the capital city of India. We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel, the room will be held for immediate check in for your early morning arrival. After a rest we have included sightseeing for Delhi. We explore both Old and New Delhi - the order of New Delhi is a huge contrast to the unorganised chaos of the Old City. But both are just as appealing.
This morning you will be transferred to the train station for your train to Haridwar (0640/1030). Upon arrival you will be met and transfer you to Rishikesh (2 hours). Rest of the day at leisure.
Known as the Yoga Capial of the World, Rishikesh is set on the banks of the Ganges and surrounded by hills, as such by its nature it is a perfect place to relax. Set amongst the banks of the Ganges, we will visit several of its Temples on our half day sightseeing. Afternoon at leisure.
Today we transfer you 1 hour to Haridwar. Here you enjoy a half day sightseeing before having the afternoon at leisure.
Today at leisure. Later you will be transferred to the train station for your train to Delhi (1813/2250 - AC Chair Car). Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Upon arrival this morning you will be collected from the train station and transferred to your hotel (usual check in time is midday/2pm). This evening we attend the Aarti ceremony, the evening religious ceremony on the banks of the Ganges.
Varanasi - a city abundant with temples and labyrinthine streets. In the early morning of we will enjoy a boat ride on the holy Ganges River. Later in the day we embark on a tour of India’s spiritual city.
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Khajuraho (departing 1110). Upon arrival you will be met and we enjoy a half day sightseeing tour to the Western Group of Temples including Kandariya Mahadeo Temple, Chaunsat Yogini Temple, Chitragupta Temple, Lakshamana Temple, Matangeswara Temple, and Varaha Temple.
This morning we will drive you to Jhansi via Orcha (6 hour drive) for the train to Agra (1520/1840 Air Conditioned chair car). We will transfer you to your hotel.
Today we rise early to see the Taj Mahal in its ethereal morning light. Enjoy your own time to explore and a guided tour of this once powerful Moghul emperor’s monument to love. Later we visit Agra fort built under the Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565 that contains numerous palaces and a white marble mosque and the Baby Taj. We then depart for Jaipur, and visit Fatehpur Sikri enroute.
This morning we visit the delicate pink, magnificent fort-palace of Amber - a wonderful example of Rajput architecture just north of Jaipur. Subject to Government regulations, we will arrive in style atop an elephant! Enjoy an afternoon sightseeing tour of the city. Rest of the evening is free and at your leisure.
Day at leisure with vehicle available for you within the city limits (hotel check out midday). Later you will be transferred to the train station for you train to Jaisalmer (2357/1145+1).

Today enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of the city including the sandstone fort which is an imposing sight, towering magnificently over the city. Later this afternoon we will take you on an exciting camel safari on the Sam sand dunes. The evening is free and at your leisure to enjoy the city on your own.
Today, we travel to Jodhpur,the largest city in Rajasthan after Jaipur, the Blue City, in reference to the indigo coloured buildings that dot the old city, and the locals belief that blue acts as effective defence against mosquitoes!
After a morning of sightseeing (including the City Palace) you will head the romantic city of Udaipur - the very essence of what it is to be in Rajasthan. Upon arrival at our hotel you will have free evening to wander on the shore of Lake Pichola and take in the fresh air of this desert oasis.
This morning will consist of an orientation and sightseeing tour of Udaipur - including the City Palace and museum - before having a few hours in the afternoon to explore for yourselves. This evening you will take ride in a shared boat on Lake Pichola itself.

The Indian Navy, the Port and the Airport share the largely man-made Willingdon Island. The touring today includes the visit to Dutch Palace built by the Portuguese for a local King in 1555 A.D. The famous Jew Street, a cul-de-sac leading to the beautiful Parsi Synagogue built in 1568. Sunset cruise to view the Chinese fishing nets.
Today we drive east to to Munnar - a quaint hill station nestled on the verdant slopes of tea plantations, that exudes a rare old world charm and reminds one of the days of the Raj in its elegant splendour. At a height of 1525 metres, Munnar offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. We visit a tea plantation today.
We travel today about 4 hours to Kumarakom. Afternoon at leisure.
Today we drive to Kovalem. Stroll for miles along white palm fringed sandy beaches, try sampling the local seafood and sipping cocktails on your sunlounger it is the perfect remedy to unwind.
Today we travel about an hour to Trivandrum. Here you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Hyderabad (via Chennai). Here you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Afternoon at leisure.
Today we have a full day sightseeing tour including: Golconda Fort, Qutab Shahi Tombs, Salar Jung, Charminar, Mecca Mosque.

This morning after breakfast we take the cruise to visit Elephanta caves - Mumbai's premier tourist attraction. The rock-cut temples on peaceful Elephanta Island are thought to have been carved between 450 and 750 AD. The main cave contains large sculpted panels, including an astonishing 18-foot depiction of Shiva. Enjoy an afternoon sightseeing tour one of the most highly populated cities in the world, accommodating approximately 18 million people!
