Day 1: Delhi

Welcome to the start of your voyage of discovery through 'Incredible India'! You will be met at Delhi International Airport by our friendly local team and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure to explore or relax as you like. Tomorrow your adventure in India truly begins.

Day 2: Delhi

This morning, our Welcome Meeting takes place. We’ll then enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, taking in the impressive Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque. This afternoon, we further enhance your exploration of this bustling city with an afternoon guided journey through the New Delhi area the highlights will include India gate a drive past parliamentary buildings and President's house, a guided visit to Humayun's tomb then concluding with sightseeing to UNESCO World Heritage Site Qutub minar.

Day 3: Delhi - Jodhpur

Today after enjoying breakfast we depart for Delhi Airport for our flight to Jodhpur (AI 475 1100/1200 hrs). Jodhpur is a popular tourist destination, featuring many palaces, forts and temples, set in the stark landscape of the Thar desert. On arrival, we will transfer you to your hotel to settle in for the evening.

Day 4: Jodhpur

This morning enjoy a visit to the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, Old City clock tower, Sadar Market and the Royal Cenotaphs located in Jodhpur city. The afternoon is then at your leisure to explore.

Day 5: Jodhpur - Udaipur

Today we will make our way by private car to Udaipur. Along the way, making two interesting stops to visit Ranakpur and its famous Jain temples then Kumbalgarh Fort, one of the most important forts in Rajasthan.

Day 6: Udaipur

This morning enjoy a half day tour of the imposing City Palace. In the afternoon tour of some of the finest buildings to be visited which include the Jagdish Temple, a fine Indo- Aryan temple, Bagore ki Haveli, a nobleman's house and once a royal guest house. This evening enjoy your included boat ride on the lake taking in the views of the city.

Day 7: Udaipur

Today is yours to enjoy the beautiful city of Udaipur at your leisure.

Day 8: Udaipur - Shahpura

Today we travel on to one of the hidden gems of India! After breakfast we head to Shahpura where you will enjoy a night staying at Shahpura Bagh; a gorgeous Heritage Hotel in a little rural village, belonging to the Royal Family of Shahpura. The night spent here is something that is truly unique and often overlooked by many travelers. A perfect place to rest after the morning drive and enjoy the beautiful surrounds.

Day 9: Shahpura - Jaipur

Today enjoy breakfast and a lovely lunch before onward travel to Jaipur. A favourite of travellers, the architecturally flamboyant capital of Rajasthan is often referred to as the ‘Pink City’. The city was planned according to Indian Vastu Shastra (Vedic Planning for the comfort and prosperity of the citizens) and is a wonder to behold.

Day 10: Jaipur

This morning you will have to look out for the snake charmers that dot our route, as we travel to the 16th century Amber Fort. An exotic elephant ride transports us to the lofty fort, where we’ll enjoy a tour of this Rajput extravaganza. This afternoon enjoy journey of discovery through the historic pink city of Jaipur we start with a photo stop in front of Jal mahal (lake palace) thereafter visit the ancient astronomical observatory of Jantar mantar and then a guided tour of the city palace complex with it’s fascinating nooks and crannies.

Day 11: Jaipur - Agra

En route to on our drive to Agra, we visit the ghostly former Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri, abandoned due to lack of water. Arriving into Agra enjoy your visit to the impressive Agra Fort, which boasts some of India's finest Mughal buildings behind it's fortified walls.

Day 12: Agra - Amritsar

This morning we take a motorised buggy to the legendary Taj Mahal and witness a magical sunrise. Built by Shah Jahan in the 16th century as an enduring memorial to his beloved wife Mumtaz. After, we drive to Delhi to enjoy time for a late lunch before we take you to the station for express train to Amritsar leaving at 16:30 - Arriving at 22:35 we will transfer you to your hotel.

Day 13: Amritsar

Enjoy the morning to explore at leisure or relax. Later, this afternoon we'll drive to the final frontier with Pakistan called Wagah to watch the sunset changing of the guards and ceremonial lowering of the flags.

Day 14: Amritsar

This morning you will have a sightseeing tour of the city, taking in the incredible Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh. Spend the afternoon further exploring this exciting and colourful city before enjoying your final night before flying out tomorrow morning.

Day 15: Amritsar - Negombo

Sadly your journey in India concludes today with a transfer to the airport in time for your onward flight. We do hope you have enjoyed your experience in India and hope you have made many happy memories. Thank you for your custom. It's now off to paradise for 7 nights at the Jetwing Blue Hotel Sri Lanka. Upon arrival you will be transferred to the hotel.

Days 16-21: Negombo

Good morning! Today is your first full day relaxing and enjoying your beautiful hotel. The next 5 days are spent in pure luxury. Enjoy!

Day 22: Negombo

Sadly today your stay in Sri Lanka comes to an end. You will be transferred to the airport to continue on your journey.
