Day 1: Delhi

Namaste! Welcome to India and New Delhi the capital city of India. We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel with the rest of the day yours to relax after your long flight.

Day 2: Delhi

Today we explore both Old and New Delhi - the order of New Delhi is a huge contrast to the unorganised chaos of the Old City. But both are just as appealing. Highlights we be the impressive Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque, Raj Ghat - the site of Gandhi’s cremation and more.

Day 3: Delhi - Mandawa

Today we drive to Mandawa. On arrival we check into our hotel. This afternoon at leisure to explore this small village town.

Day 4: Mandawa - Bikaner

Continuing on we drive to Bikaner where we will enjoy a half day city tour. Much of the atmospheric old town which we will explore is still encircled by massive fortified walls. Within these walls are havelis, artisan shops and people going about their daily lives. We also visit the spectacular Junagarh Fort and museum, built between 1587 and 1593 during the rule of Rai Singh.

Day 5: Bikaner - Khimsar

Today we drive to Khimsar, on arrival we check in. The reminder of today is your free to explore.

Day 6: Khimsar

A small desert town in the heart of Rajasthan, with rugged landscape, miles of desert and a majestic fort adds to the rustic charm of Khimsar. The Khimsar Fort is perched on the edge of the Thar Desert and was built in the16th century by Rao Karamsi. Originally used for military purposes only, the royal family set up residence within in the 18th century. Today we enjoy a half day village walking tour.

Day 7: Khimsar - Jodhpur

Leaving Khimsar we travel onto Luni. Enroute, we stop to visit Mehrangarh Fort of Jodhpur.

Day 8: Jodhpur - Udaipur
