The grand entrance into Delhi's famous Red Fort

Day 1: Delhi

Welcome to the start of your voyage of discovery through 'Incredible India'! You will be met at Delhi International Airport by our friendly local team and transferred to your hotel where your room is reserved for early check in. Enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure to explore or relax as you like.

Day 2: Delhi

This morning, our Welcome Meeting takes place. We’ll then enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, taking in the impressive Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque. This afternoon why not further enhance your exploration of this bustling city with an afternoon guided journey through the New Delhi area the highlights will include India Gate, a drive past the Parliamentary buildings and President's house, a guided visit to Humayun's tomb then concluding with sightseeing to UNESCO World Heritage Site Qutub minar. Day 3: Delhi - Agra

This morning we will take you to the station for the express train to Agra (Bhopal Shtbdi - DEP:-06:00 - ARR:-08:06 - AC Chair Car). Arriving into Agra our local guide will take you to the hotel. Later, we visit Agra Fort which boasts some of India’s finest Mughal buildings behind it’s fortified walls. During its history it has been a palace, a fort and a prison! We conclude the day with a guided visit to the Taj Mahal.

Day 4: Agra - Jaipur

This morning we head out of town with our luggage and visit Fatehpur Sikri, former imperial capital of the great Mughal emperor Akbar. Built between 1569 and 1585, it has been deserted for more than four centuries, by all accounts abandoned in 1600 due to a meagre supply of water. After, we drive to Bharatpur and enjoy a rickshaw ride through the bird reserve to see the natural surroundings and then you have a few hours to enjoy an early dinner at a gorgeous mansion house. We then transfer to the station for the train to Jaipur. (Kurj Udz Sup- DEP19:00 - ARR22:20-AC Chair Car). Arriving into Jaipur we transfer you to the hotel.

Day 5: Jaipur

This morning look out for the snake charmers that dot our route as we travel to the 16th century Amber Fort. An exotic elephant ride transports us to the lofty fort where we'll enjoy a tour of this Rajput extravaganza. This afternoon perhaps opt for a journey of discovery through the historic pink city of Jaipur where we start with a photo stop in front of Jal Mahal (lake palace) thereafter visit the ancient astronomical observatory of Jantar Mantar, and a guided tour of the city palace complex and it’s fascinating nooks and crannies. Day 6: Jaipur - Jodhpur

Enjoy a day at your leisure to further explore the city. hotel check out is 12 noon and you can leave your bags at the hotel reception. This evening we transfer to the station for the train to Jodhpur (Ranthambore Exp DEP:-17:00 - ARR:-22:00 - AC Chair Car). Arriving into Jodhpur station our driver will assist you to the hotel.

Day 7: Jodhpur

This morning with a guide enjoy a visit to the magnificent Mehrangarh Fort, the Old City clock tower, Sadar Market and the Royal Cenotaphs located in Jodhpur city. Remainder of the day is at your leisure to explore.

Day 8: Jodhpur - Udaipur

Today we will make our way to Udaipur by private car. Along the way, making two interesting stops to visit Ranakpur with its famous Jain temples, then Kumbhalgarh Fort, one of the most important and well preserved forts in Rajasthan.

Day 9: Udaipur

This morning enjoy a sightseeing tour of the breathtaking City palace, which is followed with a visit to the Jagdish Temple and Sahelion-ki-bari Gardens. Day 10: Udaipur

Enjoy today to explore this romantic city packed with interesting little street markets, temples and ancient residential buildings.

Day 11: Udaipur - Kochi

This morning you be taken to the airport in Udaipur for the flight to Kochi. (07:15 Udaipur – 16:40 Kochi - Connecting in Mumbai). Arriving into Kochi, we will transfer you to your hotel.

Day 12: Kochi

Today is at your leisure to explore the city.

Day 13: Kochi - Alleppey

This morning board a simply furnished private rice-boat for a 2 night journey through the backwaters of Kerala. Crewed by a poler to push the rice boat through the water, a distance of some 20 kms will be covered, during which time the boat will glide past colourful local villages. As for dining, the on-board cook will prepare meals using fresh local produce.

Day 14: Alleppey

Sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery, tasty meals on board and the few stops made along the way to see rural villages and the laid back pace of life on the backwaters.

Day 15: Alleppey - Kochi

Disembarking at Alleppey, you'll be driven the short distance to your gorgeous boutique hotel at Fort Kochi, the Eighth Bastion.

Days 16-20: Kochi

Sit back and relax here in this laid back coastal area of India; walk along palm fringed beaches looking for shells and watching the fishermen at work, or simply kick back and enjoy some fresh fruit cocktails served on a silver platter.

Day 21: Kochi

Sadly your journey has reached its conclusion, we will transfer you to the airport in Kochi in time for your flight home.
