Day 1: Delhi

Namaste! Welcome to India and New Delhi the capital city of India. We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel with the rest of the day yours to relax after your long flight.

Day 2: Delhi - Mussoorie

This morning we will transfer you to the train station for the Shtabdi express train to Dehradun (DEP:006:50 - ARR:-12:40) (AC CHAIR CAR CLASS) Arriving into Dehradun will transfer you to Mussoorie for hotel check in - evening at leisure.

Day 3: Mussoorie

This morning your guide will take you to the highest point in Mussoorie called Lal Tibba which gives you splendid view of the landscape. After your guide will take you to see some amazing water falls including Kempty Falls, Jharipani Falls and Bhatta Falls there will be time to stop for some lunch. Return to your hotel in the later afternoon.

Day 4: Mussoorie

Enjoy a free day to explore at leisure.

Day 5: Mussoorie - Lucknow

Today will be spent getting to Lucknow - Morning train to Delhi (DEP:-05:10 - ARR:-11:15 AC CHAIR CAR CLASS) In Delhi our rep will meet you and take you somewhere close to grab a bite to eat - Return transfer to the station for the train to Luncknow (DEP:-14:30 - ARR:-21:50 1ST CLASS AC) On arrival we will transfer you to your hotel.

Days 6-7: Lucknow

Today and tomorrow with your guide you will spend visiting the many interesting places in this wonderful and historic city highlights will be Bara Imambara, The British Residency of Lucknow, Chattar Manzil, Jama Masjid, Rumi Darwaza, Clock Tower, Moti Mahal, Lakshmana Tila and Hussainabad Imambara and more depending on level of interest and preference.

Day 8: Lucknow - Varanasi

Morning transfer to rail station for the train to Varanasi (DEP:-07:00 - ARR:-13:30 AC CHAIR CAR CLASS) On arrival our rep will meet you andf take you to your hotel for check in. This evening your guide will take you to the waterside steps on the river to see the ritual worship of the sacred river Ganges.

Day 9: Varanasi

Today your guide will take you an in depth tour of the city highlights include the many riverside Ghats, Alamgir Mosque, Bharat Mata Temple, Government Museum Mathura, Great Mosque of Aurangzeb, Pandit Malaviya Temple and Ram Nagar Fort and Museum and more depending on level of interest and preference.

Day 10: Varanasi - Kolkata

This morning your guide will collect you to visit Sarnath which is where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon to the five holy men; preaching the middleway to final 'NIRVANA’. Then transfer to the airport for 14:30 flight to Kolkata. Arriving there our rep will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 11: Kolkata

Enjoy a full day guided tour including a visit to the imposing Victoria Memorial. Opened by the Prince of Wales in 1921, this vision in marble is often called the “Taj” of the British Raj. We also visit the New Market – a bazaar on Chowringhee Road, the stately Indian Museum founded in 1814 and the oldest and largest in India, St Paul’s Cathedral and the extraordinary Marble Palace which houses paintings by Rubens, Titian and Reynolds.

Day 12: Kolkata

This morning you depart for the Sundbarbans first a 4 hour drive to Deshapriya Park located in South Kolkata here transfer to boat 1hr and half trip to Dayapur. On arrival at Sunderban Tiger Camp enjoy lunch. After you will visit the Sajnekhali Tiger Project Area for viewing Wild life, Sajnekhali Museum, Mangrove Interpretation Centre & Watch Tower.

Day 13: Kolkata

This morning a nice cruise with breakfast on board through the backwaters to various look out points of interest and a deer rehab centre. Lunch back at the camp. Later afternoon visit to some neighbouring villages to interact with the Local Community at a typical Sunderban settlement to understand their local Art, Culture and Way of Life.

Day 14: Kolkata

Morning visit to Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower and Cruise through Rivers and Narrow Creeks of Pitchkhali- Sarakhkhali-Sudhanokhali- Bonobibi Dharani (narrow creek) and visit the Watch-Tower followed by a cruise around the Islands of the Sunderban Tiger Project Area (Breakfast on Boat during Cruise). Back to the camp for lunch then return to Kolkata the same way you came arriving in the evening around 7 pm.

Day 15: Kolkata

Free day for you to explore the city.

Day 16: Kolkata

This morning a transfer to the airport for one of the many direct morning flights to Goa. Arriving there end of our arrangements.
