Day 1: Delhi

Namaste! Welcome to India and New Delhi the capital city of India. We will meet you at the airport in the wee early hours and transfer you to your hotel with the rest of the day yours to relax after your long flight.

Day 2: Delhi

This morning, our Welcome Meeting takes place. We’ll then enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi, taking in the impressive Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque, Raj Ghat - the site of Gandhi’s cremation and more.

Day 3: Delhi - Jaipur

Today, we drive along India's interesting highways to Jaipur. The drive is around 4 hours in duration and along the way see out the window the day to day life of the cows and people who seem to live on it! Arriving into Jaipur check into your hotel for some downtime at your boutique hotel.

Day 4: Jaipur

Look out for the snake charmers that dot our route, as we travel to the 16th century Amber Fort. An exotic elephant ride transports us to the lofty fort, where we’ll enjoy a tour of this Rajput extravaganza. Later in the afternoon we tour the City Palace, which boasts an interesting museum of regal attire and Jantar Mantar, an ancient astronomical observatory.

Day 5: Jaipur - Agra

Taking to the highway once more we make our way to Agra. En route we enjoy lunch at Udai Vilas Palace in Bharatpur, before taking a walk through the nearby rural village Peharsar. After a visit to Fatehpur Sikri, former imperial capital of the great Mughal emperor Akbar. Built between 1569 and 1585, it has been deserted for more than four centuries, by all accounts abandoned in 1600 due to a meagre supply of water.

Day 6: Agra - Varanasi

Rise early for a sunrise tour of the magnificent Taj Mahal. After we visit Agra fort, which boasts some of India’s finest Mughal buildings behind it’s fortified walls. Later transfer to the station for your sleeper train to Varanasi.

Day 7: Varanasi

Welcome to Varanasi! Arriving here this morning we will transfer you to your hotel with time to freshen up before your guide will take you to visit where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon to the five holy men preaching the middle way to final 'NIRVANA’. This evening your guide will take you to see the river bank to ceremony in worship of the sacred river Ganges.

Day 8: Varanasi

Today enjoy the morning to visit with your guide all the key essential places of historic and religious interest. The afternoon enjoy some time to go shopping for bargains or simply wander around this amazing city.

Day 9: Varanasi - Kochi

Today we transfer you to the airport for your morning flight to Kochi Via Delhi. Arriving into Kochi and a transfer awaits to get you to your hotel. (Flight to AI 405 - 1550 / 1750 Arrive Delhi and take connecting flight to Kochi AI 48 - 1830 / 2135)

Day 10: Kochi - Munnar

After breakfast enjoy a walking tour of the splendid fort Kochi after that, we drive east to to Munnar - a quaint hill station nestled on the verdant slopes of tea plantations. Arrival and visit a local Tea Estate - for which the region is renowned for! And a Spice plantation enjoy some down time at your hotel.

Day 11: Munnar - Mararikulam

Free morning to further explore and enjoy the lush tropical surroundings. When ready we drive you to the beach for check into your hotel.

Days 12-14: Mararikulam

Enjoy the next couple of days to relax and unwind on the coast of India.

Day 15: Mararikulam

Today you will be transferred to the airport in Kochi with car at disposal for some exploration time - We have booked a room at the Abad airport hotel for you to shower and change before your flight home later tonight.
