This morning, our Welcome Meeting takes place. Well then enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, taking in the impressive Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque. This afternoon we further enhance your exploration of this bustling city with a guided journey through the New Delhi area the highlights will include India gate a drive past parliamentary buildings and President's house, a guided visit to Humayun's tomb then concluding with sightseeing to UNESCO World Heritage Site Qutub minar.
Departing Delhi this morning by express train, we journey to Agra, once India’s Mughal capital. Arriving here at around 10:05, we visit the impressive Agra Fort, which boasts some of India's finest Mughal buildings behind it's fortified walls. Later on we take a motorised buggy to the legendary Taj Mahal and witness a magical sunset. Built by Shah Jahan in the 16th century as an enduring memorial to his beloved wife Mumtaz. Built entirely of white marble, the Taj Mahal has no peers.
En route on our drive to Jaipur, we explore all the areas of the ghostly former Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri, abandoned due to lack of water. Arriving into Jaipur in the later afternoon, enjoy some downtime to relax at your lovely heritage hotel.
This morning you will have to look out for the snake charmers that dot our route, as we travel to the 16th century Amber Fort. An exotic elephant ride transports us to the lofty fort, where we'll enjoy a tour of this Rajput extravaganza. This afternoon enjoy journey of discovery through the historic pink city of Jaipur we start with a photo stop in front of Jal mahal (lake palace) thereafter visit the ancient astronomical observatory of Jantar mantar and then a guided tour of the city palace complex with it’s fascinating nooks and crannies.

This morning you will be driven to the airport for your flight south to Kochi (Via Mumbai) Arriving in the late evening our local team are on hand to transfer you to your hotel.
This morning enjoy a sightseeing tour of the town including the beautiful Parsi Synagogue built in 1568, the Dutch Palace built by the Portuguese in 1555 and St Francis’ Church. A walking tour of Fort Cochin takes you through streets still graced with traces of Portuguese, Dutch and British colonial architecture. The afternoon is at your leisure to explore.
This morning we drive to Alleppey. Here, board a simply furnished private rice-boat for a journey through the backwaters in and around Alleppey. Crewed by a poler to push the rice boat through the water, a distance of some 20 kms will be covered, during which time the boat will glide past colourful local villages. Disembarking at Alleppey, you'll be driven the short distance to your beachside hotel in the very laid back area of Mararikulam.
