This morning, our Welcome Meeting takes place. We’ll then enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi, taking in the impressive Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque and more. This afternoon enjoy free time to explore or perhaps go shopping.

We drive to Agra, home of the legendary Taj Mahal, constructed entirely of white marble and inlaid with semi-precious stones, the Taj Mahal has no peer and has been described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love. Our sightseeing starts with the Taj Mahal. Later a visit to Agra fort, behind its colossal walls are some of the finest Mughal buildings in India.
Morning we head off by private car to Jaipur. En route a stop is made at the fantastically well preserved former Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri. This magnificent fortified city was the capital of the Mughal Empire from 1571 until 1585, when it was abandoned dramatically due to a lack of water. Continue to the Pink City of Jaipur, capital of Rajasthan, afternoon at leisure.
This morning we visit the delicate pink, magnificent fort-palace of Amber - a wonderful example of Rajput architecture just north of Jaipur. Subject to Government regulations, we will arrive in style atop an elephant! Afternoon at your leisure to explore perhaps go to the Johari Bazaar, where you can buy jootis (traditional Rajasthani curled shoes).
Perhaps opt for a journey of discovery through the historic pink city of Jaipur we start with a photo stop in front of Jal mahal (lake palace) thereafter visit the ancient astronomical observatory of Jantar mantar and thereafter a guided tour of the city palace complex and it’s fascinating nooks and crannies. Today we bid you farewell to Jaipur and we transfer to the airport for your direct flight to Mumbai (AI 612 - 1310 / 1510) Arriving here our local team are on hand to assist with transfer and check into your hotel.
