Day 1: Varkala

Today you make your own way to the start hotel. The rest of your day is at leisure. Overnight - Hindustan Beach Retreat

Day 2: Varkala - Nagpur

Today you will be transferred to Trivandrum from where you board a flight to Nagpur via Mumbai. Upon arriving in Nagpur you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 3: Nagpur - Kanha NP

Today you drive to Kanha. Located in the state of Madhya Pradesh, Kanha National Park is widely considered the greatest of India’s wildlife reserves, encompassing some 940-sq km of deciduous forest, savannah grassland, hills and an extensive network of rivers and streams. Central portions of the Kanha Valley were designated as a wildlife sanctuary in 1933. Prior to this, the area was a hunting ground for burrasahibs of the Raj. However, it wasn’t until the 1950s that the government declared Kanha a bona fide national park. Since becoming one of the original participants of Indira Gandhi’s Project Tiger, tiger numbers have recovered and the parks department now claims there are more than 200 tigers at Kanha. Today afternoon you will have the opportunity to go on a game drive.

Today you will go on a morning and afternoon game safari by shared Jeep.

Day 5: Kanha NP - Bandhavgarh NP

This morning you go on one final game drive before departing for Bandhavgarh National Park.

Days 6-7: Bandhavgarh NP

Bandhavgarh National Park was the former hunting preserve of the Maharaja of Rewa and at present is a famous natural hub for white tiger. White tiger, now a major yet rare attraction in a handful of the world’s zoological parks, were first discovered in Rewa, not far from here. Named after its ancient fort set on 800m high cliffs, Bandhavgarh in Madhya Pradesh state is set amidst the Vindhyan ranges. Declared a national park in 1968, it is a compact park of some 448 sq. kms. For the next two days you will have the opportunity to go on a morning and afternoon game drive.

Day 8: Bandhavgarh NP - Trivandrum

This morning enjoy your last game drive. This afternoon you will drive to Katni from where you will board a train to Delhi.

Day 9: Trivandrum

This afternoon you will be transferred to the airport where you will board a flight to Trivandrum via Mumbai. Upon arriving in Trivandrum you will be transferred to your hotel for an overnight stay. Overnight - Keys hotel.

Today we bid you farewell and transfer you to the airport for your onward flight home.
