Day 1: New Delhi
Welcome to India and the start of your holiday! Arrive Delhi, included transfer to hotel.
Day 2: New Delhi
Day at leisure. Car at disposal within city limits. Overnight - Standard Accommodation
Day 3: New Delhi

Day 4: New Delhi - Jaisalmer
Day at leisure. Transfer to the train station for evening train (Train 14059 DLI-JSM Express 18:07-11:45, 1st class air-con carriage) to Jaisalmer. Overnight - Standard Accommodation
Day 5: Jaisalmer
You will be met at the train station in Jaisalmer and transferred to your hotel. Overnight - Train - 1st class A/C sleeper
Day 6: Jaisalmer
The medieval caravan outpost of Jaisalmer, one of the jewels in India’s crown. Exquisite wood and sandstone buildings dot the town and within Jaisalmer Fort are homes, hotels and shops hidden in ancient lane ways. During our stay in this stunning Rajasthani fortress town we’ll enjoy a half day guided touring. Overnight - Standard Accommodation
Day 7: Jaisalmer - Jodhpur
An interesting drive through increasingly varied scenery takes us to Jodhpur, a town at the edge of the mighty Thar Desert. Dominated by Meherangarh Fort which sits majestically atop a hill, Jodhpur is known as the Blue City. This is because of the coloured houses in the old town, painted indigo. We’ll enjoy some touring in this colourful Rajasthani city, taking in the mighty fort and bazaars of the old city which are gathered around the city’s tall clock tower. Day 10: Jaipur
Today, we head to the 16th century Amber Fort. An exotic elephant ride (subject to elephant availability) transports us to the lofty fort, where we’ll enjoy a tour of this Rajput extravaganza. Overnight - Dera Rawatsar
Day 13: Peharsar - Agra
En route to Agra, we visit the ghostly former Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri, abandoned due to lack of water. Overnight - Chandra Mahal haveli
Day 14: Agra - Amritsar
Early this morning, we head out to the legendary Taj Mahal to catch the amazing sunrise. Built entirely of white marble, the Taj Mahal has no peers. Continuing, we visit Agra fort, which boasts some of India’s finest Mughal buildings behind it’s fortified walls. Later today, we transfer you to Delhi airport. CLIENTS HAVE BOOKED OWN FLIGHT DELHI TO AMRITSAR (Please advise confirmed flight times for transfers). On arrival you will be met transfer to your hotel. Overnight - Gateway Hotel
Day 15: Amritsar
Amritsar; home to the world famous Golden Temple and the seat of the Sikh religion, Amritsar is one of the Punjab’s principal cities. Today, we enjoy a half day tour to the Golden Temple. Built in 1803 and made of marble, copper and pure leaf gold, the temple is an amazing architectural feat. Overnight - Ritz Plaza
Day 16: Amritsar - Haridwar
Today, we transfer you to the train station for your train (Train 12054 ASR HW JNSHTBDI 07:00-13:55 (CC) air-con chair car) to Hariddwar, on arrival you will be met and transferred to you hotel. This evening enjoy a ceremony on the Ganges. Overnight - Ritz Plaza
Day 17: Haridwar - New Delhi
Enjoy a transfer to the train station for your train (Train 12018 Dehradun SHBDI, 18:13-22:45, 1st class air-con, executive chair car) to Delhi, on arrival you will be met and transferred to you hotel. Overnight - Haveli Hari Ganga
Day 18: New Delhi
