Today we embark on a glittering city tour, with a morning visit to the cave temples of Elephanta Island sculpted during the 5th to the 8th centuries. In the afternoon visit the Prince of Wales museum, Marine Drive and the Muslim shrine of Haji Ali Dargah ending the day with Mani Bhawan Jain temple.

Today enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi, taking in the impressive Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque, The muslim shrine of Hazrat Nizammudin Dargah, Raj Ghat - the site of Gandhi’s cremation and more.
Departing Delhi, we journey to Agra, once India’s Mughal capital. Here, we visit the impressive Agra Fort, which boasts some of India's finest Mughal buildings behind it's fortified walls. Later on we take a motorised buggy to the legendary Taj Mahal and witness a magical sunset. Built by Shah Jahan in the 16th century as an enduring memorial to his beloved wife Mumtaz. Built entirely of white marble, the Taj Mahal has no peers.
En route driving to Jaipur, we visit the ghostly former Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri, abandoned due to lack of water. As we get closer to Jaipur we stop for a tasty lunch at a smaller village in a charming haveli (historic mansion house) Arriving into Jaipur the evening is at your leisure why not pop out for some shopping in the wonderful bazaar.
Look out for the snake charmers that dot our route, as we travel to the 16th century Amber Fort. An exotic elephant ride transports us to the lofty fort, where we’ll enjoy a tour of this Rajput extravaganza. Later in the afternoon we tour the City Palace, which boasts an interesting museum of regal attire and Jantar Mantar, an ancient astronomical observatory.
Morning we drive to beautiful rural village of Shahpura Bagh EN ROUTE WE WILL detour to visit Ajmer Sharif Shrine - Arrival into Shahpura Bagh you will get to experience true rural India all from the comfort of your wonderful historic hotel. Enjoy a walk around the village and visit the local temple and step well.

This morning enjoy touring the imposing City Palace, a vision in soft yellow stone on the northeast promontory with breathtaking views of the lake. This evening we drive half hour to the Monsoon Palace to witness sunset and experience the magic atmosphere at twilight with the views of the lake and Udaipur down below.
