Day 1: Delhi

Namaste! Welcome to India and New Delhi the capital city of India. We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel with the rest of the day yours to relax after your long flight.

Day 2: Delhi

This morning, our Welcome Meeting takes place to go over the details of your upcoming adventures. We’ll then enjoy a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi, taking in the impressive Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India’s oldest and largest mosque, Raj Ghat - the site of Gandhi’s cremation and more. A car and driver is at your disposal for shopping in some of Delhi's amazing markets.

Day 3: Delhi - Rishikesh

This morning your driver will collect you to take into the foothills of the Himalayas. First you will stop to visit Haridwar your driver will take you to see various temples and bathing ghats on the sacred rivers that join in this ancient city of pilgrimage. Arrive Rishikesh and check into your hotel.

Day 4: Rishikesh

Today is a free day at your hotel this new hotel has been dubbed an 'activotel' owing to the wide range of fun activities they offer from hiking to climbing to rafting or simply bird watching and relaxing. If you are not interested in such activity then you can make your way into Rishikesh and visit some of it's many temples and bathing ghats on the holy river Ganges.

Day 5: Rishikesh - Agra

When ready today we transfer you back to Delhi. Arriving in the nick of time for the express 2hr 45 min train journey to Agra. Arriving in the late evening our local rep will take you to your hotel for a much needed rest.

Day 6: Agra - Bangalore

Today in Agra we enjoy a motorised buggy ride and then guided tour of the legendary Taj Mahal. Built entirely of white marble, the Taj Mahal has no peers. Continuing, we visit Agra fort, which boasts some of India’s finest Mughal buildings behind it’s fortified walls. We then head to Delhi airport for your flight to Bangalore. Arriving here our local rep will transfer you to your hotel.

Day 7: Bangalore

Today we have included a car and driver to take you to and from the Crazy Waters Amusement Park (entrance ticket not included)

Day 8: Bangalore

Enjoy a sightseeing tour of this bustling city in the morning. The afternoon is free for you to explore at your own pace and do a little shopping car and driver is included to take you to the shops!

Day 9: Bangalore - Chennai

This morning your rep will take you to the station for Shatabdi Express train to Chennai that departs at 06:00 am. Arriving into Chennai at 11:00 am you will be driven to your hotel. Enjoy an afternoon tour of the city includes a vist to St George Fort, built in 1653 and St Mary’s Church, the oldest British church in India. (Lemon Tree Hotel * 2 nights with breakfast (suite with two extra beds)

Day 10: Chennai

Enjoy a full day with your guide to explore Kanchipuram, one of sacred cities in India and the seaside town of Mahabalipuram, famous for its shore temple. Evening at leisure upon your return to Chennai. (Lemon Tree Hotel * 2 nights with breakfast (suite with two extra beds)

Day 11: Chennai - Kochi

This morning you take to the sky once more and fly to Kochi nice and early. Arrival and you will driven to your hotel. This Afternoon enjoy a sightseeing tour of the town including the beautiful Parsi Synagogue built in 1568, the Dutch Palace built by the Portuguese in 1555 and St Francis’ Church. A walking tour of Fort Cochin takes you through streets still graced with traces of Portuguese, Dutch and British colonial architecture.

Day 12: Kochi - Alleppey

This morning board a simply furnished private rice-boat for a journey through the backwaters in and around Alleppey. Crewed by a poler to push the rice boat through the water, a distance of some 20 kms will be covered, during which time the boat will glide past colourful local villages. As for dining, the on-board cook will prepare meals using fresh local produce.

Day 13: Alleppey - Kovalam

Disembarking at Allepey today we drive to Kovalam for your relaxing beach stay.

Days 14-15: Kovalam

For today and tomorrow really relax. Stroll for miles along white palm fringed sandy beaches, try sampling the local seafood and sipping cocktails on your sunlounger the perfect remedy to unwind.

Day 16: Kovalam - Mumbai

This afternoon we will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Mumbai where on arrival we will collect you and drive you to your hotel.

Day 17: Mumbai

Today we embark on a glittering city tour, with a morning visit to the cave temples of Elephanta Island sculpted during the 5th to the 8th centuries. In the afternoon visit the Prince of Wales museum, Marine Drive and the Mani Bhawan Jain temple.

Day 18: Mumbai

Today your car and driver is at disposal to take you to all the great shopping spots in the city. This evening enjoy a leisurely horse and buggy ride along Marine Drive toward Chowpatty beach.

Day 19: Mumbai

We say goodbye to your family today with a transfer to the airport in time for your flight home.
