Day 1: Delhi
Namaste! Welcome to India and New Delhi the capital city of India. We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel.
Day 2: Delhi - Jaipur
This morning we have half day sightseeing of Old Delhi (Includes Jama Mosque, Red Fort, and rickshaw ride in the bylanes of the old city).Later on drive to Jaipur, check in at your hotel, remaining day free
Day 3: Jaipur
This morning we visit the delicate pink, magnificent fort-palace of Amber - a wonderful example of Rajput architecture just north of Jaipur. Subject to Government regulations, we will arrive in style riding on an elephant! In the afternoon you will enjoy a tour of the city. Highlights include the City Palace, which boasts an interesting museum of regal attire and Jantar Mantar, an ancient astronomical observatory.
Day 4: Jaipur - Agra
After a relaxing breakfast we will head off to Agra home to of India's most famous monuments - the Taj Mahal. En route we will also pay a visit to the ghostly former Moghul city of Fatehpur Sikri - the fortified ghost city abandoned soon after its construction because of water shortages in the area. Arriving in Agra you will check into your hotel, and this evening we take sunset visit to India's most iconic monument.
Day 5: Agra - Delhi
This morning we explore Agra and head out to visit Agra fort, built under the Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565. It contains numerous palaces and a white marble mosque, with Itmad-ud-Daulah’s tomb a marble forerunner to the Taj. We also visit the Baby Taj. This afternoon we drive back to Delhi
Day 6: Delhi - Srinagar
You will be met at the hotel by our representative and driver to transfer you to the airport by a private vehicle for your departure flight to Srinagar by flight 9W 603. Expected time of departure 11:50 hours Arrive Srinagar by 9W 603 from Delhi at 12:35 hours. You will be met by our representative a and transferred by a private vehicle to your hotel. Afternoon visit the mughal gardens including Pari Mahal (subject to permission). Lunch & Dinner on board
Day 7: Srinagar
Today we take a full day excursion to Gulmarg - 45 kms southwest from Srinagar. In spring, Gulmarg lives up to its name which means Meadow of Flowers; come winter, Gulmarg is India's major ski resort.
Day 8: Srinagar
Today its an early start as we visit the floating vegetable Market to try the local produce. This afternoon we visit Dal lake
Day 9: Srinagar
You will be met at the hotel by our representative and driver to transfer you to the airport by a private vehicle for your departure to Mumbai by flight 6E 448. Expected time of departure 14:10 hours
