Day 1: Trivandrum - Kovalam

Arriving at 03:30 am we will meet you and transfer you to your hotel to relax after your long flight.

Today a drive to Kumarakom. Perched sleepily on the eastern banks of the mighty Lake Vembanad in the heartland of Kerala’s famed backwaters, Kumarakom has changed little since the Middle Ages but for it’s string of exotic resorts, making it the perfect point to explore the backwaters.

Day 3: Kumarakom

Enjoy the day relaxing at Kumarakom. There is a wonderful bird sanctuary, winter home to many migratory birds which is worth a visit in your free time today we leave the choice to you.

Day 4: Kumarakom - Alleppey

This morning board a simply furnished private rice-boat for a journey through the backwaters embark at Kumarakom the day is spent with the cook making you lovely dishes. Overnight at a point along the journey.

Day 5: Alleppey - Periyar NP

Today your rice boat arrives into Alleppey after breakfast bid the crew fairwell and then we will transfer you to Periyar National park.

Day 6: Periyar NP

There is plenty to do in and around Periyar, so we leave the choice to you. You can opt to book and pay for locally a boat ride on Lake Periyar to spot herds of wild elephants or a visit to the lush nearby tea estates or nature walks in the forest.

Day 7: Periyar NP - Munnar

Today you drive west to to Munnar - a quaint hill station nestled on the verdant slopes of tea plantations, that exudes a rare old world charm and reminds one of the days of the Raj in its elegant splendour. At a height of 1525 metres, Munnar offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills on arrival you will get to visit a spice plantation.

Day 8: Munnar

Today we visit a local Tea Estate - for which the region is reknowned for! We also visit the nearby Eravikulam National Park before returning to Munnar.

Day 9: Munnar - Kochi

Morning drive to Kochi - Afternoon enjoy a sightseeing tour of the town including the beautiful Parsi Synagogue built in 1568, the Dutch Palace built by the Portuguese in 1555 and St Francis’ Church. A walking tour of Fort Cochin takes you through streets still graced with traces of Portuguese, Dutch and British colonial architecture.

Day 10: Kochi - Kovalam

PRICE OPTION 1 -- Transfer to Kovalam beach and check into your hotel the The Travencore Heritage Hotel. PRICE OPTION 2 -- Transfer to Mararikulam beach and check into your hotel the Marari Beach Resort.

Tropical vegetation meets the sea on the Lakshadweep Islands.

Days 11-13: Kovalam

PRICE OPTION 1 -- Enjoys the day relaxing in Kovalam at the Travencore Heritage Hotel Kovalam Bay. PRICE OPTION 2 -- Enjoy your days relaxing at the Marari Beach Resort in Mararikulam.

Day 14: Kovalam
