Day 1: Trivandrum - Kovalam

Meet and greet arrival at Trivandrum airport, located in the state capital of Kerala. Onward private transfer to Travencore Heritage Beach Resort - set on the dreamy coastline of the Arabian Sea.

Day 2: Kovalam

Perched on a high cliff and surrounded by panoramic hinterland, Travancore overlooks one of the best and widest beach strips in India. The 15 acre heritage property is a haven of recreated palaces and ‘nalukettus’ (traditional Keralan timber housing).

Days 3-7: Kovalam

Your stay will include Ayurvedic consultation, 3 Njavarakizhi treatments, 2 Shirodhara warm oil sessions, 2 Ksheeradhara annointment sessions, Introductory Spa and Fitness Orientation Sessions with an initial spa consultation, 3 General body massages, 2 Pizhichil/Sarvangadhara warm oil sessions with massage, 2 Podikizhi herbal powder massage and daily group yoga session.
