Exhibitions

Russia Paints the Town Red – London that is! The Royal Academy, London is now hosting an exciting exhibition of French and Russian masterpieces. The collection is on loan from some of Russia’s most prestigious art museums including; the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Art, the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, the State Hermitage Museum and the State Russian Museum in St. Petersburg. There are over 120 paintings spanning the period 1870 to 1925. The exhibition is on now until mid-April 2008. Don't be disappointed if you can't make it to the exhibition - you can see other fabulous masterpieces at the State Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg. All of our Russian trips include a guided tour of the Hermitage which houses one of Europe's most important art collections with more than 3,000,000 pieces ranging from the Stone Age to present day.
