Day 1: Casablanca
Arrival in Casablanca airport and transfer to your hotel Bellerive or similar in the centre of the city. (3 star* Moroccan grading))
Day 2: Casablanca - Rabat
Leaving the city of Casablanca after visiting the hassan II mosque, a vast mosque on the sea edge, travel up to Rabat , the capital of morocco. Visit the Chellah, Hassan tower in the afternoon and overnight in Hotel Diwane or similar.(4 star*)
Day 3: Rabat - Fes
The route takes us past the imperial city of Meknes to the Roman city of Volubilis and a chance to explore this famous archaeological site. Afterwards, reach the city of Fes and overnight in the Hotel Fes Inn or similar (3 star*)
Day 4: Fes
Take a morning guided tour around the souks and palaces of the medina. The afternoon is free to explore.
Day 5: Fes - Chefchaouen
Through the lakes and foothills of the Rif mountains in the north of Morocco to the Blue town of Chef. A chance to explore the city in the afternoon. Overnight Hotel parador or similar (3 star*)
Day 6: Chefchaouen - Merzouga
The route takes us into the Middle Atlas and the cedar forest. Climbing up to the grassy plains where nomad tents can be spotted and night in the town of Midelt just on the foothills of the High Atlas. Overnight Kasbah Aasmaa or similar (3 star*)
Day 7: Merzouga - Erg Chebbi
Up and over the High Atlas mountains, seeing the spectacular gorge du Ziz and then down to the plains with the sahara in the distance. Overnight in an auberge at the foot of one of the largest sandunes, Erg Chebbi. (3 star
Day 8: Erg Chebbi - Ouarzazate
Past the gorges of dades and Todra (worth a short walk to stretch the legs, and on past the valley of the roses to the town of ouarzazate. (the film capital of morocco). Overnight in Villa Kerdabo or similar (a traditional Kasbah) (4 star*)
Day 9: Ouarzazate - Marrakech
After a morning visit to Ait ben haddou, over the High Atlas to the city of Marrakech. Overnight in Hotel Golden Tulip or similar (4 star *)
Day 10: Marrakech
Today enjoy the morning with a guide in Marrakech. The afternoon is free and at your leisure.
Day 11: Marrakech - Agadir
Transfer to Agadir and a beach resort for the night. Hotel Tafoukt Beach hotel or similar
Day 13: Agadir - Casablanca
Transfer up the coast to Casablanca and transfer to your hotel for the night. Overnight Hotel Bellerive or similar.
