Arrival in Marrakech airport where you will be met by the On the Go guide and transferred to your accommodations. The remainder of the day and evening are free to explore.
Today and tomorrow are at your leisure to explore this fascinating city.
An early morning departure takes you off into the High Atlas travelling via the pomegranate tree lined town of Demnate and Azilal. Ait Bougemez is a hidden gem, a valley close to Ighil Mgoun, the highest summit in Morocco apart from the Toubkal range. Arriving here enjoy a visit to Sidi Moussa, a world heritage site with a tighrempt or berber fortification at the summit.
Enjoy a day walking excursion to Rbat , hike through the berber villages and orchards, see the dinosaur footprints before walking over the hill back to the village of Imelghas.
Enjoy a tougher walk up to the pass of Tizi Ait Imi. Take in the great views of the southern High Atlas and beyond at the top descend along the mule tracks and juniper scrub to the valley and back to the village of Imelghas.
Enjoy a day to walk through the valley and see the stork nesting sites, take tea with a berber family then returning through the almond and apple orchards to Tabant with a chance to see the local berber souk or market which is every Sunday. Then back to the village of Imelghas and your hotel.
Departing we drive to visit the glorious waterfall of the Cascades D‘Ouzoud which should be in full flow at this time of year due to snow melt from the mountains. We then proceed to Marrakech and check into your hotel for the night.
In the morning you will be driven to Agadir. Arrival and check into your beach resort hotel for the night (OVER NIGHT AT THE Hotel Riu Palace Tikida Agadir – 5 star - All inclusive)
