Excellent, action packed tour - whole family thoroughly enjoyed the trip - Mustapha our guide was great and coped well with dealing with missing luggage and an injury sustained by one of our fellow travellers as well as keeping us entertained and ensuring we all kept to our schedule. Very well organised tour with good accommodation and plentiful food - in fact 2 x 3 course meals a day (as well as breakfast) could be deemed as a bit too much! ”

Younis has been one of the best guides I have had on group tours. He was approachable, knowledgeable and patient with all members on the group. I think he has developed his skills well as a tour guide and it shows in how he deals with any problems arising and their resolution. During the tour, Younis was proactive in arranging the groups activities and any additional activities. Of one point of concern, with some of the restaurants we attended en route to locations (possibly nothing could be done) however some of the restaurants were a bit below average and maybe a new selection could be made.

Overall I was very happy with the tour, the guide and the driver. I have recommended the tour to others.”

Experience the Real Morocco

The aromas and sounds of ancient medinas and colourful souks in Marrakech will leave you spinning whilst the imperial cities of Fes and Meknes will leave you utterly enchanted. Iconic Casablanca preserves its Hispanic-Moorish influence whilst Chefchaouen captivates with its pretty blue buildings and mountain setting.

There's adventure in abundance on the hiking trails of the Atlas Mountains and the massive sand dunes of Erg Chebbi and the Sahara desert. The fortified city of Ait Benhaddou, famous for it's part in a number of famous movies is a real highlight and if you love the sea, Essaouira on the Atlantic coast is ideal to wile away a few days in.

Recommended places to visit in Morocco

Camel trekking | Sahara | Morocco
Camp under the stars

Sahara Desert

No trip to Morocco would be complete without a camel trek out into the vast Sahara Desert – and we mean it! Ride saddleback across the towering Erg Chebbi sand dunes to a traditional Berber camp and enjoy an evening eating local food, listening to music and dancing around a camp fire before retiring for a night under the stars. If you only do one thing in Morocco, this is it!

Djemaa El Fna | Marrakech | Morocco
Intoxicating city

Marrakech

A city brimming with character, you could easily lose track of time in Marrakech. The medina and market square of Djemaa el Fna are the beating heart of the old city, with narrows passageways lined with overflowing shops, crisscrossing alleyways with lively cafes and restaurants and a maze of covered markets rich in aromas, exotic sights and sounds.

Todra Gorge | Morocco
Outdoor pursuits

Todra Gorge

Formed millions of years ago, Todra Gorge snakes its way through the rugged High Atlas Mountain and is an incredibly dramatic sight to behold. With spectacular scenery, the ever changing colours of the rock faces and the hubbub of locals passing through it is the perfect place to stop for a while. Plus there’s opportunity to go trekking, try rock climbing, horse riding and more outdoor pursuits.

Tannery | Fes | Morocco
Imperial city

Fes

Step back in time in Fes, the oldest and largest medieval city in the world. In the medina you’ll be greeted by a heady mix of aromas, sights and sounds where you can easily lose yourself and your senses. Wander the streets, tanneries in action, chat with the locals, browse market stalls wares and practise your bargaining skills.

Essaouira | Morocco
Coastal Retreat

Essaouira

Once the favourite haunt of legends such as Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley and Orson Wells, Essaouria is the perfect spot to unwind, eat great seafood and watch the world go by. Originally encircled by the old walls of the medina, the town has grown since but it still easy to explore by foot. A long and wide sandy beach stretches out in front of the medina, with plenty of nearby cafes and terraces.

View of the city | Chefchaouen | Morocco
The Blue Pearl

Chefchaouen

Perched high up in the Rif Mountains, the picturesque city of Chefchaouen is renowned for its pretty blue-washed doors and buildings. The main square is the heart of the city and an absolute delight to explore with an 18th century Kasbah, central mosque, buzzing cafes and colourful market stalls.

Ait Benhaddou | Morocco
Ancient kasbahs

Ait Benhaddou

Nestled in the foothills of the High Atlas Mountains, UNESCO-listed Ait Benhaddou is an incredible ancient fortified city that has served as the backdrop in many feature films, including classics like Lawrence of Arabia and action-packed Gladiator. This 17th century city is brimming with beautiful kasbahs and is a must-see on any trip to Morocco.

The tour was really great. Mustapha was a really informative, happy and personable guide. He is a tribute to your company. Our driver was fabulous. I felt completely safe the whole time and comfortable. I really enjoyed this tour and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank for such a great experience.”
