Day 1: Casablanca
Welcome - Arrive in Casablanca and be transferred to Rabat for your ovenight stay.
Day 2: Casablanca - Fes
Today, you will visit the Roman city of Volubilis as you head onwards to Fes.
Day 3: Fes
This morning enjoy a city tour of Fes and the afternoon is yours free at leisure. The oldest and largest medieval city in the world, Fes is a bustling hive of activity. The medina is a must – a heady mix of aromas, sounds and sights from the tanneries, spice tubs, carpets, pottery and leather goods.
Day 4: Fes - Merzouga
After breakfast you will travel over the Middle Atlas and past the Gorge du Ziz to the sahara at Merzouga.
Day 5: Merzouga
Today you have a few opions to fill your day (optional). You can climb to the summit of Erg Chebbi in the desert, take a camel ride, or visit a fossil museum. It is very hot this time of year, so we suggest staying by the pool during the hottest time of the day.
Day 7: Ouarzazate - Marrakech
Today you will travel over the High Atlas via Ait Ben haddou and onwards to Marrakech.
Day 9: Marrakech
You will have a day excursion to the plateau du Kik and then continue down to Ourigane.
Day 10: Marrakech - Essaouira
Head to Essaouira - The 18th century town is laid back and is a popular destination for windsurfing and kite surfing, due to the wave forming winds in summer and spring. The beach is in front of the Medina and there are plenty of cafés with terraces. In the afternoon, explore the beach, harbour and medina in your own time.
Day 11: Essaouira - Casablanca
Today we will head up the coast to Casablanca via Oualidia. Cassablanca conjours up romantic images of a bygone era, from the film of the same name but today it is a modern city, with wide streets and some of the old French colonial buildings remain.
Day 12: Casablanca
It is time to say goodbye as your tour concludes. You will be tranferred back to the airport after breakfast.
