Day 1: Fes
Today your Moroccan adventure starts, arrive late in Fez be met by an On The Go rep and transferred from the airport to your hotel.
Day 2: Fes
Fes is the oldest and largest medieval city in the world and a bustling hive of activity. This morning take a guided tour around the incredible, old medina - a heady mix of aromas, sounds and sights from the tanneries, spice tubs, pottery and donkeys! Enjoy free time in the afternoon to explore independently.
Day 3: Fes - Meknes
Today we depart for Meknes, via the Roman ruins of Volubilis. We will take a tour of the Roman ruins at Volubilis, the largest ancient site of Morocco. UNESCO-listed, the site dates back to AD40 and once ruled the entire Roman province of Mauritania.
Day 4: Meknes - Marrakech
Today we travel to Marrakesh via the capital Rabat and past Casablanca. A chance to visit the chellah in rabat and perhaps, time permitting, the Mosque Hassan II in Casablanca.
Day 5: Marrakech
This morning enjoy a guided tour of Marrakech, taking in all of the highlights of the Medina (old city centre) - the Koutoubia Mosque, palaces, souks and the old mellah (Jewish quartier). In the afternoon your free to explore and perhaps take a visit to the peaceful Jardins de Majorelle to relax.
Day 6: Marrakech
Free day in Marrakech. Set against the snowcapped Atlas Mountains, Marrakech has long been a travellers favourite stop-off point. After all, it is situated on ancient caravan routes. Its great pride and landmark, visible from many miles, is the Koutoubia Tower, sister to the Tower of Hassan in Rabat and the Giralda Tower in Sevillle.
Day 7: Marrakech
Today we say good bye to majestic Morocco we take an early morning transfer to Casablanca airport where your tour sadly ends.
