Welcome to Morocco. Arrival in Marrakech airport where you will be met by the On the Go guide and transferred to your riad in the centre of town. Meet your guide for a tour briefing and then spend the rest of the day at leisure. Explore the vibrant Djemaa el Fna square in the evening with the snake charmers, story tellers , food stalls and souks all in full swing.
This morning enjoy a guided tour of Marrakech, taking in all of the highlights of the Medina (old city centre) - the Koutoubia Mosque, palaces, souks and the old mellah (Jewish quartier). In the afternoon in your free time, perhaps a visit to the peaceful Jardins de Majorelle to relax is in order.
It's an early start today when the transportation and your mountain guide arrives at the Riad to take you towards the desert. From the flat plain of Haouz, the route climbs southwards and up to the passes of the High Atlas mountains. En route to Ouarzazate we visit Ait Benhaddou, an ancient fortified city, boasting beautiful examples of Kasbahs, some of which remain inhabited today. Granted UNESCO World Heritage Listing, the site has been the setting for many films including Lawrence of Arabia and Gladiator. Night in the Ouarzazate, the film capital of Morocco.
The road winds through Skoura with a chance to see the Amerdhil Kasbah before setting off through the Valley of the Roses to the Gorge du Dades. After a visit here, make the short journey to the Gorge du Todra and a chance to walk through the Gorge.
After breakfast, we travel through the oases and palm trees and open desert like Hamada, before moving onwards to the edge of the Sahara at Merzouga. A chance to see the dunes at Erg Chebbi we then meet the camel team to go to our remote desert camp.
This morning we journey into the Moyen Atlas to Midelt, which is a beautiful alpine area. Surrounded by huge pine trees, this tranquil mountain setting is a great spot to cool down after your time in the desert. This afternoon you can soak up the scenery on a short hike in the surrounding alpine forests?
We continue our journey today to the city if Fes. Along the way, we will make a stop to visit Ifrane.
Fes is the oldest and largest medieval city in the world and its medina is a cacophony of aromas, sights and sounds. This morning we enjoy a guided tour of Fes el Bali - the old walled city and visit the dye-pits, tanneries. The afternoon is at your leisure to further explore.
Travelling on to the Imperial City of Meknes, which became known as the Versailles of Morocco due to its impressive buildings and elaborate monuments. En-route to meknes we tour the incredible UNESCO listed Roman ruins of Volubilis, which date back to AD40. Reaching the Imperial City of Meknes late this afternoon the evening is free for you to relax or explore.

Travel to Casablanca in the morning and have an afternoon tour of the Hassan II mosque. This evening you are free to see a bit of the city centre.
