A free morning in Casablanca then we then head straight to Rabat to enjoy the evening atmosphere of Morocco’s capital city.
Spend today in Morocco’s capital city Rabat and perhpas visit Oudaia Kasbah, Hassan tower, the Royal Palace and Chellah.
This morning take the road through the mountains, to UNESCO listed Fes - the world's oldest medieval city. We travel via the imperial city of Meknes and also visit the Roman ruins at Volubilis, the largest ancient site of Morocco. UNESCO-listed, the site dates back to AD40 and once ruled the entire Roman province of Mauritania. Overnight Riad La Maison Bleue or similar.
Enjoy a guided tour this morning around the fascinating old city, visiting the ancient medina, tanneries, palaces, gardens and bustling souks. The remainder of the day is free. Overnight Riad La Maison Bleue or similar.
A big day today as we travel via Midelt and enjoy a sunset excusion through the sand dunes. Overnight Kasbah Xaluca Tomboctou or similar.
Leaving the desert, we travel to Quarzazate and along the visit of Todra Gorge. This 300m gorge is surrounded by towering vertical limestone cliffs and is known as Morocco's Grand Canyon.
Sitting at an altitude of 1160 metres in the middle of a barren plateau, Ouarzazate lies at the cross roads of all routes going north, south, east, and west. Capital of a large province, the towns' northern limits run along the southern aspect of the High Atlas and its southern boundary disappears back into the ever present and mysterious Saharan Desert. Today, the area is still essentially populated by Berber people, who were constructors of the numerous fortified kasbahs and dwellings for which the region is famous.

The colourful fishing town of Essaouira is perfect for some beachside fun and relaxation. Spend the day exploring the charming medina or simply lazing on the beach. Overnight palais l’Heure Bleue or similar.
This morning is free before we travell onto Marrakech. Overnight Riad Lotus Priviledge or similar.
Today enjoy a guided tour of Marrakech, taking in all of the main attractions including the palace and the outside of Koutoubia mosque. This afternoon is free for you to wander around the bustling souks or simply relax.
