Day 1

Welcome to Namibia! On arrival at Windhoek International Airport you will be met and transferred to your accommodation. Your guide will meet you at the lodge and we then embark on a short orientation tour of Windhoek. The evening is spent at leisure.
Overnight: Windhoek

Days 2-3

Windhoek - Sossusvlei - breakfast. On day 2 we make our way to Namib Naukluft National Park, home to what is considered the oldest desert in the world. On the morning of day 3 we visit the world’s highest sand dunes at Sossusvlei and Deadvlei. At sunrise and sunset these dunes, which can reach heights of over 300m, are absolutely spectacular. With luck there may even be water in the vlei (lake). We also stop to view the Sesriem Canyon.
Overnight: Sesriem  |  Breakfast x 2, Lunch x 2, Dinner x 2

Days 4-5

Sossusvlei - Swakopmund. Day 4 is spent driving through Namib Naukluft to Swakopmund. On the way look out for springbok, oryx and Hartmann’s Mountain Zebra. We arrive in charming Swakopmund in the afternoon. The rest of the day and day 5 are at leisure and you can take part in the whole host of optional activities on offer like sand boarding, quadbiking or skydiving.
Overnight: Swakopmund  |  Breakfast x 2, Lunch x 1

Day 6

Swakopmund - Twyfelfontein. This morning we travel along the barren Atlantic coast to the Cape Cross Seal Colony before heading inland across the desert plains to Twyfelfontein to marvel at the ancient bushman paintings. Lunch, dinner and overnight.
Overnight: Twyfelfontein  |  Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Days 7-8

Twyfeltfontein - Etosha National Park - breakfast. Today we travel to Etosha National Park for 2 days of game driving. Namibia’s most popular game reserve is home to the Big Four (no buffalo) as well as a whole host of birds, reptiles and other mammals. Our nights are spent at the lodge’s flood-lit waterhole. Lunch, dinner and overnight.
Overnight: Etosha N.P.  |  Breakfast x 2, Lunch x 2, Dinner x 2

Days 9-10

This morning we bid farewell to the wild animals of Etosha and travel via the Cheetah Conservation Foundation at Otjiwarongo to the Waterberg Plateau National Park. This internationally recognised centre does a lot of work researching and educating on the cheetahs. Waterberg is Namibia’s only mountain game park and now supplies the rest of Namibia with rare species like the black rhino. Here you can take walks and even look out for the tiny dik dik - the world’s smallest antelope!

On the morning of day 10 we leave the Waterberg Plateau behind us and travel back to Windhoek through the beautiful countryside, make short stops en-route. Once we arrive, the rest of the afternoon can be spent at leisure, and dinner can be enjoyed in one of the many fabulous restaurants in the city.
Overnight: Waterberg (1) Windhoek (1)  |  Breakfast x 2, Lunch x 2, Dinner x 2

Day 11
