Zero Gravity, or pure weightlessness, is somewhat similar to the feeling experienced whilst riding a roller coaster. The maneuver is carried out when the aircraft ascends sharply at a 45 degree ‘nose high’ angle. Next the plane is leveled, then starts to descend. At this point we reach the zero-gravity segment of the flight. For the next 20 - 25 seconds everything in the plane is weightless. At approximately 30 degrees ‘nose low’ a gentle pull-out is started which allows the passengers (us) to stabilize on the aircraft floor. After stabilizing the maneuver is then repeated. During the 1 1/2hour flight you will undergo 15 sessions of Zero Gravity, each time lasting some 25 seconds with total duration of 6 minutes.

Star City Zero Gravity bolt-on includes – return transfers from Moscow, 1 1/2 hour flight with experienced instructors and 6 minutes of zero gravity onboard your flight. Price is quoted on a per person basis as part of an 11 person group. ie 10 paying passengers and 1 interpreter. Bookings can be made for groups of 10; it cannot be booked on a 1 person basis.
