Welcome to Argentina and the start of your honeymoon with On the Go Tours. Upon arrival into Buenos Aires airport we'll be there to greet you and transfer you to your hotel for check in. This afternoon enjoy an introduction to this seductive city with a guided tour (shared basis) taking in sights including 9 de Julio Avenue, the Obelisk, Corrientes Street, Plaza de Mayo and the traditional neighbourhood of San Telmo, which is characterized by its old colonial houses and the cobblestoned streets.
Enjoy a day at leisurely independently exploring Buenos Aires. Later in this evening enjoy a dinner and tango show at the famed Café de los Angelitos (transfers to/from your hotel on a shared basis). The mystical coffee house, inaugurated in 1890, became a meeting point for “compadritos” (swaggerers) and “malandras” (scoundrels) towards the end of the 19th Century. Remodeled following an ambitious architecture project, conformed by three levels, it exhibits luxury and distinction every night with 21 artists that perform this live show.
Today we'll transfer you to the airport in time for your flight to Cordoba. Upon arrival our local rep will then transfer you to your hotel for check in at the Dos Lunas Estancia. This boutique farm house is located in the heart of the Ongamira valley, surrounded by breathtaking beauty.
Today is a free day for you to partake in the activities offered by the Dos Lunas Estancia. Saddle up and enjoy a horse-back ride through the verdant plains and mountainsides or take a leisurely stroll and soak up the environment.
Departing the estancia today we'll transfer you to the airport in Cordoba for your flight to Mendoza. Upon arrival you'll be met by our local rep and taken to Club Tapiz Hotel, your accommodation for the night. This hotel was developed for wine and food lovers and offers a real Mendoza experience through participation in the vineyard activities, wine tasting and cooking classes.
For the next two days enjoy a Central Valley Wine Route Excursion (shared basis) visiting a variety of vineyards where several types of grapes are grown, including Criolla Grande, Moscatel Rosado, Cereza, Bonarda, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon. Each night you'll head back to Club Tapiz to enjoy facilities including a spa and swimming pool.
Today we say goodbye to Argentina's wine region and head to the airport for your flight south to Bariloche. Upon arrival you'll be met by our local rep and transferred to your hotel, the wonderful Villa Huinid Hotel set facing the majestic Nahuel Huapi lake.
Explore Bariloche today on a half day Circuito Chico Excursion (shared basis). It starts following Nahuel Huapi Lake up to Bonita Beach, where the Huemul Island can be seen. Later you'll arrive at the foothill of Cerro Campanario where a chair lift can take visitors up to the top and appreciate the beautiful landscape surrounding Bariloche. Continuing the trip, you will pass by the San Pedro Peninsula and will get to the Llao Llao peninsula where it is possible to see the renowned hotel and the local San Bernardo church. The next stop will be in a natural lookout point. Then, after going around El Trebol lagoon, you will start heading back to the city closing and finishing this circuit.
Enjoy a day at leisure in Bariloche taking advantage of the many outdoor activities on offer. Spend some time getting to know the alpine style town and its quaint chocolate shops or head for the hills and partake in outdoor activities ranging from mountain biking to horse riding.
Today we'll transfer you to the airport in time for your flight to Puerto Iguazu where on arrival you'll be transferred to the Jardin del Iguazú, your base for the next two nights.
Straddling the border between Argentina and Brazil, the Iguazu Falls are composed of over 250 separate cascades. Today ejoy a full day excursion to the Argentinean side of the falls (shared service, entrance fees not included). A number of walking trails are available bringing you in front of or above the rapids. You’ll also see the dramatic Garganta del Diablo or Devil’s Throat, an awe-inspiring display of natural power.
Today you'll see the Brazilian side of the falls (private basis), located on the western side of the Paraná State. Take a ride on one of the modern panoramic view buses and walk along the catwalk floors for breathtaking views of the 275 waterfalls. The four main rapids on the Brazilian side are: Floriano, Deodoro, Benjamín Constant and Salto Unión or The Devil´s Throat. At the end of the path everyone will get on a panoramic elevator that will take them to the bus units. Later this afternoon we transfer you to the airport in time for your flight to Rio de Janeiro.
Today enjoy a full day tour of this incredible city taking in Sugar Loaf Mountain and the Corcovado. Rising up from small peninsula at the entrance of Guanabara Bay, the mountain's name is said to refer to its resemblance to the traditional shape of concentrated refined sugar loaf. Take a cable car for spectacular views of the entire bay & its islands. We'll also visit the Christ Statue, which was recently elected as one of the seven modern wonders of the world, which sits 2,300 above sea level, atop Corcovado Hill. Following a scenic drive along the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, we'll embark on a small train which climbs the beautiful mountain. Tour also includes a drive along Rio’s famous beaches.
Today is free for you to make the most of Rio's legendary beaches.
Today marks the end of your adventure with On the Go Tours. After breakfast and hotel check out we'll transfer you to the airport in time for your international departure flight.
