Day 1: Santiago

Bienvenidos a Chile! Once you've arrived in Santiago you'll be met and transferred to your hotel. Spend the remainder of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Santiago - Pucon

Returning to Santiago airport this morning with our private transfer make your way to check in and then fly south to Tambuco. Arriving into Tambuco's small airport a local driver awaits to take you to the hotel in Pucon.

Days 3-4: Pucon

Stretching from Temuco in the north and Puerto Montt in the south, Chile’s Lake District is spattered with dozens of crystal clear lakes, snow-capped mountains and dense forest. Enjoy today and tomorrow at leisure The outdoor activities on offer here are staggering – raft the Río Trancura rapids, hike in the secluded wooded corners of Parque Nacional Huerquehue, fish in the pristine rivers or rest your bones in the local thermal spas. No trip to the region would be complete without visiting Parque Nacional Villarrica and its centrepiece, the smouldering Volcán Villarrica.

Day 5: Pucon - Puerto Varas

A transfer this morning brings you to Pucon bus terminal, where you will embark the public bus to Puerto Varas. Arriving into Puerto our local guide awaits to transfer you to your hotel.

Day 6: Puerto Varas - Bariloche

Morning you will be dropped off at the jetty and you embark the boat for the 1 day crossing probably the most scenic way to travel from Chile - Argentina as this spectacular Andes crossing takes you through lakes and mountain passes that can either start from Puerto Varas to Bariloche. Arriving into Bariloche, our local driver is on hand to take you to your hotel.

Day 7: Bariloche

This morning you will be taken to the nearby stables for a safety briefing on the upcoming back country horse riding. Briefing complete, you straddle your horse and enjoy a fantastic day out riding taking in the spectacular scenery. When complete you will be driven back to your hotel.

Day 8: Bariloche - El Chalten

A transfer this morning to the airport, taking to the sky you will fly to El Calafate. Arriving here, you will catch the public shuttle service to El Chalten.

Day 9: El Chalten

Enjoy a day at leisure to explore the area.

Day 10: El Chalten - El Calafate

With our local reps assistance you will return today to El Calafate with the public shuttle bus service.

Day 11: El Calafate

Measuring 30km in length, the monstrous Perito Moreno glacier is a jagged mass of crevasses and towering columns of ice. It’s also unusual in the sense that it is actually growing in size and constantly moving forward. Today enjoy a full day excursion beginning at Brazo Rico where you will be able to spot floating icebergs and continuing with a nautical safari on Rico Lake for spectacular views of the ice walls.

Day 12: El Calafate - Puerto Natales

Again with the assistance of our local rep both ends you will travel on the public shuttle service to Puerto Natales.

Day 13: Puerto Natales

Enjoy a full day with expert guide exploring Torres del Paine National Park. Home to the incredible Paine Massif, a small range of mountains with unusual, twisted peaks, the national park is a striking expanse of flat brown pampa and glacial lakes.

Day 14: Puerto Natales - Punta Arenas

Morning transfer to the bus station for your public bus journey to Punta Arenas in southern Patagonia. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 15: Punta Arenas - Ushuaia

Again with the assistance of our local rep both ends you will travel on the public bus service to Ushuaia.

Day 16: Ushuaia

Tierra Del Fuego. Argentina’s first coastal national park is a spectacular expanse of wild, forested peaks, pristine blue lakes and vast tundra. Taking National Route 3 you’ll discover some of the park’s most stunning natural sights including Pipo River, Ensenada Bay, Redonda Island, Roca Lake, Verde and Negra Lagoons and Castores Dam. Rich in flora and fauna, the park also offers ample variety of wildlife. Afternoon at leisure to explore.

Day 17: Ushuaia

Sadly your journey to the End of the World concludes today with a transfer to the airport in time for your flight home.
