Welcome to the start of your Latin America Adventure! Upon arrival into the airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Today you have a scheduled city tour. Centred around the busy Plaza de Armas, Santiago's main attractions can easily be visited by foot in a few days. The central square is lined with grand architecture from the Correo Central with its impressive facade and stunning glass roof, to the historically important Palacio de la Real Audiencia, a beautifully preserved colonial building with a museum housing fascinating old relics. For views of Santiago city, head to Cerro San Cristóbal, a park with numerous viewpoints and a cable car, or to the Gaudí-like Cerro Santa Lucía for excellent panoramas and interesting Baroque terraces.
Today we head out of town to the wine growing region, producing high quality wines in exclusive amounts, the vineyards we visit on our full day tour is an excellent introduction to the wine production process and how technology is used alongside artisan traditions and we will get try many different varieties as well enjoy a tasty traditional lunch.
This morning you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arriving in Rio you will be transferred to your hotel where you have the rest of the day at your leisure.
Today you will visit the Sugar Loaf Mountain by cable car and Corcovado, with its famous Statue of Christ, for great city views.
Day at leisure
Day at leisure. In your free time today you will find there is plenty to see and do. Another interesting journey is on the old tram system across the viaduct into the cobblestone neighbourhood of Santa Teresa. A walking tour of Rio's historic buildings is also a lovely way to pass an afternoon, or you may like to visit the Botanical Gardens or one of the famous beaches, such as Copacabana, Ipanema or Leblon.
This morning you will be transferred to the airport where you will board your flight to Iguazu. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel. Later toady enjoy a half day tour of the Brazilian side of the falls, walking along catwalks that allow you to see the torrents of water at their most impressive. Please note that this tour can only be done if your flight arrives before midday.
Today enjoy a full day excursion to the Argentinean side of the falls. A number of walking trails are available bringing you in front of or above the rapids. You’ll also see the dramatic Garganta del Diablo or Devil’s Throat, an awe-inspiring display of natural power.
This morning you will be transferred to Puerto Iguazu Airport for your flight to Buenos Aires. Once in Buenos Aires the rest of the day is at your leisure.
This morning you will be transferred from your airport hotel to the domestic airport for your flight to Ushuaia.

Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Upon arriving in Cusco you will be transferred to your hotel.
Today morning you have at leisure. This afternoon you have a city tour scheduled. You will also visit some nearby ruins.
Today you will visit the Pisaq Market and Ollantaytambo fortress (share basis). Ollantaytambo is perhaps the most evocative ruin in Peru.
Toady you will start your hike to the famous Machu Picchu. Mysterious Machu Picchu, often called “The lost City of the Incas” is a stunning sight that will amaze and astound any visitor, and since it was not plundered by the Spanish when they conquered the Incas, it is especially important as a cultural site and is considered a sacred place. It was recently voted as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
Today you take the return train from Vistadome to Cusco and the rest of the day is at your leisure.
Today you will be transferred to the Cuzco airport for your flight to Pto. Maldonado. The frontier colonist town of Puerto Maldonado is a remote jungle settlement close to the Bolivian border. Stretching out from the Madre de Dios riverfront to the forest edge, Puerto Maldonado offers excellent access to the Amazon rainforest with jungle lodges, exceptional wildlife and indigenous cultures all within easy reach.
Days 2-4: Puerto Maldonado and the Amazon (shared basis) Included in your stay is various activities to keep you occupied in the day and certainly tired by the evening. Activities included are Jungle walks, visit the Tambopata Reserve, Boat trips at night to spot cayman and much more. All with the assistance of a naturalist expert guide.
