Day 1: Seoul

Welcome to Seoul! Upon arriving at the airport you will be transferred to the hotel where you have the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Seoul

This morning visit the Icheon Ceramic Museum - the centre of traditional pottery during the Joseon Dynasty (1392-1910) for about 500 years due to the easily obtainable materials in the areas. Later you will also have the opportunity to explore the Namhansanseong Provincial Park that is a very popular mountain-climbing and driving destination located just outside Seoul. This area is famous for its picturesque views.

Day 3: Seoul

This morning visit the Korean Folk Village – the living museum that has recreated the lifestyle of several centuries ago. There are potters, weavers, blacksmiths and other artisans who practice their trades in a traditional fashion. There are over 280 traditional houses and amphitheater where various folk performances are held. Afterwards you shall travel to Suwon. Suwon is one of the principal cities of the Gyeonggi-do Province. Included on UNESCO’s World Heritage list in 199 is the Hwaseong Fortress which, embraces the downtown areas of Suwon. It was built by the 22nd king of Joseon, King Jeongjo, to honor his deceased father, Prince Sado Seja, who died before he could take the throne.

Day 4: Seoul

Today we bid you farewell and you make your own way for your conference.
