Pricing Guidelines for Private Holidays in Southeast Asia

Prices can vary considerably for tailor-made travel as the quality of hotels, places visited and time of travel is entirely up to you. In addition, you may choose to have a private guide to escort your right through your holiday, or simply have the services of local guides at each port of call. Prices also vary by the number of people in your travelling party, as fixed costs like transportation and guiding are shared across each group. These are based on two people travelling, sharing a twin/double room.

Planes, Trains & Automobiles

Most holidays incorporate a varied mix of transportation.

Flights: In Southeast Asia internal flights are a quick and easy way to cover longer journeys such Danang/Hoi An to Saigon or Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and local airlines offer a comfortable and professional service. Also a very good international flight network exists within Southeast Asia, (Vietnam Airlines is the premier carrier of the region), providing the opportunity to combine more than one fabulous destination in a multi centre holiday.

Vehicles: Travelling through the region by road is a fascinating experience which allows you to see a lot more of the country. We use private chauffeur driven air-conditioned vehicles of an international standard for all touring and transfers.

Trains: are also a convenient and cost effective mode of transport and train stations

are great for observing the fascinating hive of activity. In Vietnam and Cambodia the standard of accommodation aboard trains takes on a more utilitarian and functional approach. Often when booking well in advance, the cost of domestic flights are only a fraction more than train fares.

Living it Local: Like accommodation South East Asia also covers the full spectrum when it comes to travelling around. Aside of the trains, planes and automobiles we offer some of our excursions in true Southeast Asian style, such as sailing by Junk boat or Mekong cruiser, navigating narrow waterways in sampans or row boats, taking rickshaw rides, motorised tuk tuks and safari's on elephant back.
