Welcome to Burma aka Myanmar. Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, you will be meet wby our local guides and transferred to your hotel for check in. The rest of the day is free at leisure after long tedious flight. Overnight at Hotel in Yangon.
Today explore the fascinating city of Yangon and its famous religious monuments. Begin at the waterfront, the heart of the city and home to many impressive traditional and colonial buildings including the Sule Pagoda, Maha Bandoola Park with Independence Monument. Visit the gold, hollow Botahtaung Pagoda, and the 70 metre-long reclining Buddha of Chaukhtagyi Paya whose serene features are topped by a crown encrusted in diamonds and other precious stones. This evening visit the magnificent Shwedagon Pagoda, where locals gather to make offerings and prayers. Standing 90 metres tall, the gold leaf central stupa dominates the city’s skyline and turns vivid hues of yellow, orange and red when the sun begins to set. Overnight Yangon
This morning fly Mandalay, Burma’s last royal capital. Head to the jetty for a pleasant boat ride upriver to Mingun to visit the remains of what meant to be the world’s largest pagoda, intended to reach 152 metres tall. Also visit the huge Mingun Bell and the beautiful white Myatheindan pagoda nearby. Returning to Mandalay the afternoon is spent exploring the Royal Palace. This golden palace represents Myanmar Sovereignty and independence, the teak carvings of the historic Shwenandaw Monastery and the world’s largest book at the Kuthodaw Pagoda, often called the world’s largest book (a set of 729 huge stone slabs on which the Buddhist scriptures are inscribed). After breakfast, visit the ancient city of Amarapura. Visit Mahagandaryone monastery. Daily at 10:30 a.m. about 700 monks queue up for their last meal of the day. Enjoy the serenity of U Bein wooden Bridge and Taung- ta-man Lake. Afterwards visit Mahar Myat Muni Buddha Image an ancient Buddha image castled in bronze. Visit the handicraft workshops such as bronze sculpture, gold leaf beating and marble stone carving. Drive to Innwa a historical capital and visit Maha Aungmye Bonzan Monastery a fine example of Myanmar masonry and architecture, and the old watch tower. Continue to picturesque Sagaing Hills a retreat for Buddhist devotees with numerous pagodas and monasteries. Overnight Mandalay.
After breakfast, transfer to Jetty to take a boat trip for a whole river cruise on the majestic Ayeyarwaddy River from Mandalay to Bagan. Enjoy the extraordinary scenic and interesting sights along the picturesque Ayeyarwaddy River on Shwe Kein Nayee boat with the capacity of (120-150) passengers, air-conditioned Hall provided with comfortable reclining seats at lower deck. Arrive at Bagan Jetty in the evening and transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight Bagan.
Nothing quite prepares you for the sight of stupa-upon-stupa that fills the green, dusty plains of Bagan. Over 2000 temples and pagodas create one of the most impressive skylines. Today begins with a visit to the town of Nyaung-U to see the local market, Shwezigon Pagoda, and the simple Kyansittha Cave Temple. Continue to the Manuha Temple to see the gigantic Buddhas housed inside and the nearby Nanpaya Temple. Stop for a photo opportunity at the towering Thatbyinnyu Temple before visiting the Dhammayangyi Temple, and the Mingalarzedi Pagoda. At a local lacquer workshop witness how local craftsmen skilfully prepare Bagan’s handicraft before enjoying a tranquil sunset boat ride on the Ayeyarwaddy River. Overnight Bagan.

Today proceed to Kalaw via Mount Popa. An extinct volcano, and is generally known as the abode of legendary Nats or spirit gods for which the annual festival is held during the Myanmar month Nayon. On top of the mountain, there are monasteries, pagodas and shrines in different style. Then proceed by coach to Kalaw via Meik Htila (The drive will take approximately 9 hours). Kalaw was was a popular hill station during the British days. It sits at an elevation above 4000-feet, on the western edge of the Shan Plateau. Highlights will include Bamboo Strips wish fulfilling pagoda, Thein Taung Pay, a temple perched on the hill overlooking the main road. Overnight Kalaw.
An breakfast, depart from Kalaw to make a soft trekking about 2 & 1/2 hours walking distance, through small ranges with tea-leaf and cheroot-leaf plantations and rice fields, approach to Ywar Thit village of Danu people. Then proceed to Tar Yaw village of Palaung people. TarYaw village is reputed for its long houses of old style Palaung tribe. The long houses have six or eight Palaung families stay together. In the house, hand-made weaving can be seen. Enjoy beautiful sceneries and panorama from view point. Total trekking hours are about 7 hrs for the whole day. Then back to Kalaw. And then transfer to Pindaya and overnight at hotel in Pindaya. Overnight Pindaya.
Today you will visit the Pindaya Caves, well known for its Buddha statues carved out of limestone. Then a short stop at over 250 years old Banyan trees, Mulberry papermaking factory, Bamboo hat making factory. Then drive to Nyaung Shwe where Inle Lake is situated. Overnight Inle.
Today morning excursion in Inle Lake (by boat) visiting to the following places like unique leg-rowers and scenic beauty, fishing canoes using special methods for fishing and collecting seaweed, lakebed mud etc to make floating gardens. Then you will visit well known Nga Pe Chaung (Jumping Cat) monastery and Silver smith factory. Then visit to Cheroot making factory, Boat making carpentry workshop, Silk weaving factory. In the late afternoon, visit the most famous Paungdaw Oo Pagoda. On the way you will pass through some villages to enjoy life on the lake. Overnight Inle
After breakfast we leave the lake and transfer to the Heho airport for our flight back to Yangon. Once back in the capital, the remainder of the day is at leisure. Overnight Yangon.
