Day 1: Luang Prabang

Welcome to the Laos! Upon arrival, you will be met by your tour guide and driver before being transferred to your hotel.

Day 2: Luang Prabang

Today discover the incredible Pak Ou Caves on a Mekong boat trip. Here, hundreds of tiny gilded statues of Buddha, worshipped for centuries teeter on stone shelves in the cave walls. Visits are also made to the local villages of Ban Xanghai and Ban Muangkeo.

Day 3: Luang Prabang

After breakfast explore Luang Prabang by bicycle, a fun and eco-friendly way of exploring the town visiting the temples of Wat Visun, Wat Aham and the beautiful Wat Xieng Thong, famed for its intricate mosaics and painted figurines. Visits to local villages where silk and Saa (Mulberry) Paper are made and from Phou Sy Mountain, witness Luang Prabang's stunning temple tops fade as the sun sets.

Day 4: Luang Prabang - Siem Reap

Morning flight to Siem Reap. Arrival transfer to the hotel. Afternoon, we visit the famous Angkor Wat, built for king Suryavarman II in the early 12th century as his state temple and capital city. The largest and best-preserved temple at the site, it is the only one to have remained a significant religious centre—first Hindu, then Buddhist—since its foundation. In the evening, enjoy the superb view of sunset from Phnom Bakheng hill complex.

Day 5: Siem Reap

After breakfast at the hotel, we enter the South Gate of Angkor Thom Temple and marvel the wonders of the eerie Bayon, the terrace of Elephants and terrace of Leper King. In the afternoon, we will visit The Roluos Group which is a collection of monuments representing the remains of Hariharalaya, the first major capital of the Angkorian-era Khmer Empire. After we enjoy time for Shopping at the old market.

Day 6: Siem Reap - Phnom Penh

Today you fly to Phnom Penh. A sight seeing tour of the city will take in the Royal Palace, the incredible solid silver-floored Silver Pagoda and the National Museum, a treasure chest of Angkorian and pre-Angkorian artifacts before ending our city tour with a visit to Wat Phnom pagoda and shopping at the central market.

Day 7: Phnom Penh

After breakfast we travel southwest of Phnom Penh to Choeung Ek also known as the killing fields here you will learn much about this dark history of Cambodia and see the group of mass graves and a memorial stupa containing thousands of skulls. Return to the city. This evening, enjoy a boat cruise on the Mekong River and take in the local night life.

Day 8: Phnom Penh - Hanoi

Today you fly to Hanoi. Welcome to Hanoi, perhaps the most graceful, atmospheric and exotic capital city in Asia. Airport to hotel arrival transfer. The remains of the day offer free time for you to explore the wide tree lined avenues, beautiful lakes, ancient pagoda’s and thriving, historic old city, all easily navigated on foot.

Day 9: Hanoi - Halong Bay

This morning a scenic drive leads us to the stunningly beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site of Halong Bay. Boarding our traditional wooden junk boat we cruise the emerald waters soaking up the panoramic vista of the thousand or so karst limestone islands that stud the bay.

Day 10: Halong Bay

Start the day with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck or a traditional massage. After exploring a lofty grotto hidden beneath towering cliffs, we continue to sail Halong bay taking in the lovely scenery.

Day 11: Halong Bay - Hanoi

Disembark after breakfast and drive back to Hanoi arriving around mid afternoon. Enjoy time to explore at your leisure.

Day 12: Hanoi

We say good bye with a transfer to the airport in time for your flight home.
