Day 1: Yangon - Bagan

Upon arrival at Yangon International Airport, welcome and meet with local guide. Then we visit Then Chaukhtatkyi Pagoda, houses the fourth largest colossal reclining Buddha, photo stop at the heart of Yangon such as Sule Pagoda, Maha Bandoola Park with Independence Monument, City Hall, High Court and many colonial style buildings. Then drive back to Yangon domestic airport for flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival Nyaung Oo airport, transfer to hotel for check in. Overnight at Hotel in Bagan. (PLEASE NOTE: your arrival flight should be in morning on 15 March).

Day 2: Bagan

Today a full day Bagan sightseeing tour, with a visit to Nyaung-U local market, the golden pagoda of Shwezigon pagoda, Gubyaukgyi, a "cave" temple and Htilominlo, the last Bamar style temple built in Bagan. In the afternoon, visit Manuha Temple with gigantic Buddha images, Nanpaya, an early-style temple, Ananda temple and the adjacent brick monastery from the early Bagan era. Then, visit local lacquer workshop to see craftsmen making this most famous of Bagan handicrafts. At the sunset time and climb to the top of Shwesandaw stupa to enjoy magnificent views over Pagan's temples and the Ayeyarwady River.

Day 3: Bagan - Mandalay

You will be transferred to airport for flight to Mandalay. Then transfer to hotel for check in and then we head to Mayanchan jetty to take the boat trip to Mingun where we see Mingun Pagoda: the biggest brick pile or the biggest unfinished pagoda, Mingun bell: the biggest ringing bell in the world and outstanding shape Mya Thein Tan pagoda: The Taj Mahal of Myanmar. Then return by boat to Mandalay. Then visit Mya Nan San Kyaw Palace which represents Myanmar Sovereignty and independence, Shwenandaw Monastery, Kuthodaw Pagoda. We end by visiting Mandalay Hill, to watch sunset over the city plains.

Day 4: Mandalay

We visit to an ancient city of Amarapura, founded in 1783 AD. Visit Mahagandaryone monastery, the largest teaching monastery in Myanmar where at around 10:30 a.m. about 700 monks queue up for their last meal on this day. We then visit Mahar Myat Muni Buddha Image and head to the handicraft workshops. Then drive to Innwa ( Ava ), a historical capital founded by King Thado Minbya in 1364. We will see Maha Aungmye Bonzan Monastery which is a fine example of Myanmar masonry art and architecture, Mainu Brick Monastery and old watch tower. Tour continues to picturesque Sagaing Hills, a retreat for Buddhist devotees.

Day 5: Mandalay

Early breakfast, transfer to airport for fly back to Yangon. Upon arrival, visit to the magnificent Shwedagon pagoda, landmark of Myanmar and one of the greatest wonders of the world and if the time allow, shopping in the Bogyoke market formerly "Scott market", where you can get a wide range of Myanmar handicraft, jewelries, fabrics, lacquer wares and so on. Then transfer to Yangon International airport for your departure flight.
