Day 1: Tbilisi
Upon arrival in Tiblisi you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of day free to enjoy at leisure. Overnight - Tbilisi
Day 2: Tbilisi City Tour
After breakfast you will embark on a city tour of Tiblisi taking in the Old Town. Starting with the 12th century Metekhi Temple and the 4th century Narikala fortress. You will also visit the Abanotubani bath houses, Sioni Cathedral and Anchiskhati Church, as well as the Georgian State Museum. Overnight - Tbillisi (B)

Day 3: Mtsheka - ancient capital of Georgia
Tbilisi - Mtskheta. This morning you will be driven to Mtskheta, the ancient capital of Georgia and where Georgians first accepted Christianity in the early 4th century. The town and its architectural monuments are UNESCO-listed and today you will visit the Jvari Monastery that stands on a rocky hilltop, as well as the impressive Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Samtavro Monastery. Day 4: Armenia
Mtskheta - Lake Sevan. Crossing the border this morning, continue to Lake Sevan, Armenia’s highest mountainous lake. Explore the remains of two churches on the peninsula before proceeding to the unique cave monastery of Geghard. Finish the day with a visit to the 1st century Roman Garni Temple. Day 5: Khor Virap Monastery
Today you’ll begin the day by visiting Khor Virap Monastery, a place of pilgrimage for Armenians all over the world. From here enjoy the stunning views of biblical Mt Ararat. Proceed to the Monastery of Noravank, one of the most splendid monuments of medieval Aremania, built in a naturally scenic spot of mountains. Later enjoy a tour of a brandy factory with three types of cognac on offer. Overnight - Yerevan (B)

Day 6: Zvarnots Temple and Echmiadzon
This morning you’ll visit the ruins of the Zvartnots Temple, which features a number of free-standing columns. Continuing on to Echmiadzin, considered one of Armenia’s holiest cities and home to the Supreme Catholics of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox faith. Overnight - Yerevan (B)
Day 7: Yeravan
Today marks the end of the tour with hotel check out and an airport departure transfer. (B)
