Day 1: Istanbul

Today we will meet you at the airport in Istanbul and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 2: Istanbul

Today you will enjoy a full day guided tour of Istanbul. You will visit the Blue Mosque, The Topkapı Palace, Aya Sophia, Roman Hippodrome and the Grand Bazaar which includes over 4000 shops! Day 3: Istanbul - Cappadocia

Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Kayseri. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Cappadocia. Cappadocia is an extraordinary national treasure and is perhaps even the jewel in Turkey’s illustrious crown. After checking in to your hotel you will be taken on a short guided tour. You will be able to take in the World Heritage listed sites of the Goreme Valley, Zelve and Devrent Valley.

Day 4: Cappadocia - Istanbul

Day 5: Istanbul - Canakkale

Leaving Istanbul, we drive to Anzac Cove. At the WW1 battlefields of Gallipoli, we enjoy a guided tour of the memorials.

Day 6: Canakkale - Kusadasi

Today, we continue to Troy. The legend of the lost city and Homer’s ‘The Iliad’ was bought alive by it’s rediscovery in 1863. Subsequent excavations revealed nine ancient cities, one on top of the other, dating back to 3000 BC. We enjoy a tour of the ruin and view a replica of the stoic Trojan wooden horse. Then, onto explore the ruins of Pergamum with it’s steep hillside amphitheatre (good photo call) and neighbouring asclepion (ancient medical centre). Driving south, we arrive at the Aegean coastal town of Kusadasi.

Day 7: Kusadasi

Today is a free day of lesiure.

Day 8: Kusadasi - Pamukkale

Today you will enjoy a full day tour of Ephesus. This classical city is extremely well preserved. Ephesus is a sacred site for Christians due to the association with several biblical figures, including St. Paul, and the Virgin Mary. Some highlights within the Old Graeco Roman City include house of Virgin Mary and The Basilica of St John. Then we continue on to Pamukkale where you will overnight.

Day 9: Pamukkale - Marmaris

Pamukkale - site of the stunning terraced mineral pools and Roman Hierapolis, where we can opt to bathe in the thermal waters. Then we continue onto Marmaris.

Day 10: Marmaris - Fethiye

Arriving at the lakeside town of Koycegiz, we embark upon a boat cruise to turtle beach and smother ourselves in mud at the local mud bath. A stop is made en route to explore the quaint Greek village of Kayakoy

Day 11: Fethiye

A free day to relax in this pretty town.

Day 12: Fethiye

A free day to relax in this pretty town.

Day 13: Fethiye

A free day to relax in this pretty town.

Shopping in the Grand Bazaar

Day 14: Fethiye - Istanbul

Transfer to Dalaman and fly to Istanbul. Pick up from the airport and transfer to your hotel. Overnight in Istanbul.

Day 15: Istanbul

Own arrangements booked for today and tonight. Staying at the Hilton. Please advise ground handlers for tomorrows pick up time.

Day 16: Istanbul

We bid you farewell with a transfer to the airport in time for your flight home! Please check with Ground Handlers locally for pick up time
