Day 1: Istanbul

Welcome to Istanbul. You will be met upon arrival at the airport by one of our representatives and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free. Overnight Neorion Hotel.

Day 2: Istanbul

After breakfast enjoy a full day tour of the magnificent city of Istanbul. Explore Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque and the Roman Hippodrome; once home to chariot races, gladiatorial battles and public executions, before trying your hand at a spot of haggling in the Spice Markets. Overnight Neorion Hotel.

Day 3: Istanbul - Canakkale

Today we explore ANZAC Cove and the many memorials dotted across the WW1 battlefields. Our guided tour takes in sights such as ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine Memorial and cemetery, Chunuk Bair Memorial and cemetery, the Nek, the 57th Regiment Memorial, Johnston’s Jolly and the many fortified trenches still clearly visible amongst the scrub after all these years. We then cross the Dardarnelles and head to Canakkale. Overnight Parion Hotel.

Day 4: Canakkale - Kusadasi

his morning we enjoy a short guided tour of Troy! We enjoy a tour of the ruins and bear witness to a replica of the stoic Trojan wooden horse that, as the story goes, was filled to the gunnels with Aechaean soldiers who helped sack Troy. Driving further south to the ancient ruins of Pergamum, home to one of the steepest, vertigo - inducing amphitheatres in the classical world. Pergamum was also famous for its Asclepion (medical centre). We continue to Kusadasi on the Aegean Coast. Overnight Charisma Hotel.

Day 5: Kusadasi

Today, we enjoy a guided tour of the legendary Roman ruins of Ephesus. Positively the best preserved classical city in the eastern Mediterranean, Ephesus, under the Romans, was a vast city with a population nearing 250,000 and became the Roman Capital of Asia Minor. We then visit the quaint Greek village of Sirince peached mountainside within a valley of vineyards and orchards. Overnight Charisma Hotel.

Day 6: Kusadasi - Marmaris

Meandering through the sweeping plains and endless cotton farms we arrive at the ruins of Roman Hieropolis and the hot springs of Pamakkule. Admire this surreal landscape created by frequent earthquakes in the fault depression of the Menderes river basin. Marvel at the crystalline marble, quartzites and stalagtites, which shimmer in the sunlight. There will be time to paddle our feet as you walk the terraces or opt for a dip in the thermal baths (payable locally). We then continue onto Marmaris for the evening. Overnight Maris Hotel.

Day 7: Marmaris

Today is a free day for you to relax or explore independently. Overnight Maris Hotel.

Day 8: Marmaris - Cappadocia

Today you will be transferred to Dalaman airport for your flight departing apporx. 11:30 to Istanbul arriving approx. 12:50 for your next flight departing approx. 15:30 onto Kayseri arriving approx. 16:55. Upon arrival we will pick you up and transfer you to your unique hotel for the evening.

Day 9: Cappadocia

Today we tour the stunning Cappadocia region. A guided tour of the region includes the World Heritage Listed Goreme Valley to see stunning examples of rock-cut Byzantine churches and chapels, Kaymaki Underground City and Uchisar Castle.

Day 10: Cappadocia

Today is a free day or you have the option to book and pay for hot air ballooning locally.

Day 11: Cappadocia - Istanbul

Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Istanbul. Upon arrival into Istanbul we will transfer you to your hotel. Overnight Neorion Hotel.

Day 12: Istanbul

Sadly your last day with us with your departure airport transfer.
