Day 1: Istanbul
Welcome to Turkey! We will be there to meet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel, rest of the day at leisure. Overnight - Empress Zoe Hotel
Day 5: Istanbul - Cappadocia
Today we transfer you to the airport for your flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival we will transfer you to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight - Kelebek Hotel
Day 6: Cappadocia
Full day touring with valleys to see the remnants of some older churches, rock formations and Kaymakli Underground City, the place early Christians hid from persecutors. Stop by Avcilar and pigeons valley to experience the moon-like topography of Cappadocia continue to Open Air Museum in Goreme to see the best examples of Byzantine art in Cappadocia in rock-cut churches with frescoes and paintings (10th to 13th century), and Pasabagi Valley. Proceed to the pottery town of Avanos where Kizilirmak (Hallys), the longest river of Turkey, meanders leaving the red clay on its banks that has been the raw material of pottery for centuries. Day 8: Cappadocia - Gulet cruise
Today you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Dalaman, here you will be met and transferred to Marmaris where you board your Gullet for 4 nights. The boarding starts at 15:30 from Marmaris Harbour. On the first day, the service starts on the boat with dinner and overnight stay in Marmaris Port, the day is at leisure. Marmaris, which was built upon the antique Karian city; Phyckos has been under the governorship of many different civilizations. The most valuable work-piece that you will see today is Marmaris Castle dating from 1577.
Day 9: Gulet cruise
Whilst you have breakfast, you will be informed about the cruise itinerary and the boat. The cruise will start at Ekincik Gulf. You may join our optional Dalyan Tour from here. You will be taken from your yacht by a small boat called “piyade”. Firstly arrive at Caretta-Caretta (turtle) beach and a take a swim stop here. You will enjoy the natural beauty of the delta as you sail along in the river boat. You will see the ancient Rock Tombs and finally arrive at mud baths to relax and be rejuvenated. A fishing village called Dalyan will be our final destinations after we return to our yacht by piyade boat. Dinner and overnight stay will be in the Gulf of Ekincik.
Day 10: Gulet cruise
Because of wavy seas of Dişibilmez and Kurtoğlu, that we have to cross, we will cruise earlier than the other days and reach the famous Fethiye Gulf. We will anchor at Adalı Bay for breakfast. For lunch and a swimming break, we will go to Manastır Bay. This place is also known as Cleopatra Bay or Sunken Bath Bay due to the beautiful underwater ruins of a bath. We will anchor near Tersane Island for dinner. This naturally protected bay, which is used as a harbour at present, was used as shipyards in Byzantine and Ottoman times.
Day 11: Gulet cruise
After breakfast, we cruise to Kızıl Island for lunch and a swimming break. On the fourth day of our cruise we will arrive in Fethiye Harbour at about 16:00 p.m. The guests who joined for ‘Mini Cruise’ may leave the boat here. Fethiye, which was known as Telmessos in the ancient times, was the most important city situated on Lycia's western border with Caria. It is believed that the city's name came from Apollon's son Telmessos. As the name suggests the city was the city of light and was famous for its prophets. Fethiye stretches out in a half circle along the bay protected by 12 Islands. You can visit the city centre. Dinner and overnight stay will be in Fethiye harbour.
Day 12: Gulet cruise - Selcuk
We will leave the boat with precious memories by 10:30 after breakfast. You will be collected from Fethiye and transferred to Selcuk where you have 3 nights at leisure. Overnight - Nilya hotel (Suite)
Day 15: Selcuk - Istanbul
Today you will be transferred to Izmir for your flight to Istanbul. Transfer to hotel Empress Zoe Hotel for overnight.
Day 16: Istanbul
Departure transfer to the airport for your flight abroad - Alan. Henry arrives today (Henry is arranging his own way to hotel) and Amanda is moved to a twin room to share with Henry.
Day 20: Istanbul
Today we have included a transfer to the airport for Amanda. Henry has his own transfer arrangements arranged.
