A must see while in Turkey. Ephesus, under the Romans, was a vast city with a population nearing 250,000 and became the Roman Capital of Asia Minor. It revelled in it's prosperity from commerce and visiting pilgrims who came to see the great Temple of Artemis - one of the Seven Ancient Wonders. After the tour transfer to Sirince for the night. Overnight Güllü Konak

Day 2: Sirince - Pamukkale

Leaving Sirince behind, we continue on to Pamukkale. Known locally as the Cotton Castles, they are a natural phenomenon and gift of Mother Nature. Pamukkale was formed when warm, calcium rich mineral water cascaded over the cliff edge, cooling and depositing in the process. The calcium built natural shelves and pools on the cliffs, known as travertines. We also visit the ancient city of Hierapolis which has the largest Necropolis with 1200 gravestones in Anatolia. The sacred pool also is one of the highlights of the site. Here shallow thermal waters ripple over a wonderful scattering of ancient roman ruins that lie beneath. Overnight Spa Hotel Thermal Collossae

Day 3: Pamukkale - Cappadocia

You will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Kayseri. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight Tafoni Cave Hotel

Day 4: Cappadocia

You will be collected from your hotel early this morning for your hot air balloon flight over Cappadocia. Have your camera ready as there will be some amazing photo opportunities. This morning drive to Ihlara, stopping enroute at Guzelyurt which is the town of one of the old church fathers of Cappadocia with the name Gregory of Nazianzus, it has abandoned cave houses and churches with frescos dating back to 10 century. Walk in Ihlara Canyon, a "mirage" in the Steps of Anatolia up to Belisirma village, the ancient Peristrema "Valley of the Sky" along the Melendiz River. Rock-cut churches, spread across a wild plantation, surprise you with their successfully painted representations from the Bible. Stop by Selime, a village with cave houses at the end of the canyon and a "star wars" like landscape. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Istanbul where your tour with us comes to an end.
