Day 1: Saigon

Xin chao! Welcome to Saigon, the largest and busiest city of the country. You will be greeted at the airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in Saigon

Day 2: Saigon

In the morning, we depart for Cu Chi Tunnel, an underground village, which became legendary during the 1960s for its role in the Vietnam War, stopping en route to visit a rice paper making village. We then drive back to Ho Chi Minh and vist the Reunification Palace (also known as Independence Palace). It is one of the most fascinating sights in Saigon and was once the symbol of the South Vietnamese government. Nearby is the famous Notre Dame Cathedrale and main post office. We continue with the visit to War Remnants Museum, where we can learn more about the American War. Our next stop is Ben Thanh market, one of the most typical market in the region. Overnight in Saigon

Day 3: Saigon - Can Tho

An early morning transfer directly to Cai Be. Upon embarkation on Cai Be Princess boat, clients are welcomed with fresh cotton towels. During yourcruise, discover beautiful landscapes along the river and observe the typical Mekong delta rural life. Visit at an ancient mandarin house dating from the 19th century where the family will welcome you with a cup a tea. Back on board, we will lead to you to observe the activity of the biggest rice stock market. Continue cruising to Phu An hamlet passing by Cai Be beautiful church. Enjoy lunch at local restaurant. After a short walk along a beautiful canal, the excursion will end at Ba Bon Bridge where you will be transferred to Can Tho. Overnight in Can Tho

Day 4: Can Tho - Saigon

In the morning, we will visit Cai Rang floating market. Afterwards, we return to Ho Chi Minh City to enjoy the rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City

Day 5: Saigon - Hoi An

Another early morning awaits, as you are transferred to the airport for your domestic flight from Saigon to Da Nang. Upon your arrival, transfer to Hoian. In the afternoon, you will visit the Temple of My Son. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6: Hoi An

We start to ride a bicycle to a local farm in Tra Que village. Learn about the history of the village, and the importance of local vegetables. You will take a trip around the vegetable garden and join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it with seaweed from the local lake. Your lunch will consist of many local delicacies including ‘tam huu' spring roll, Banh xeo. After your lunch and the exertions of the morning, take an even more traditional Vietnamese post-prandial nap before learning how to harvest and wrap the vegetables. Bid farewell to your host family before riding back to Hoi An, on the way back stop at Nhat tomb and Ba Le well. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Overnight in Hoi An
