Day 1: Hanoi

Xin Chao! Welcome to Hanoi, one of Asia’s most enchanting cities, full of culture and history. We are met at Noi Bai airport by our local guide and learn a bit about this fascinating country on the way to our hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Overnight Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi

We spend today visiting the most highlights of the city. Because today is a Friday, we arent able to visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & Museum but we will visit Ba Dinh Square where you can see them from outside. You can also see the Presidental Palace and the famous One Pillar Pagoda. We then visit Tran Quoc pagoda – one of the most beautoful and ancient pagodas in Hanoi, located at the bank of West Lake Temple of Literature – our first University dated back to 11th century. Lunch wil be at local restaurant, then we visit the Museum of Ethlonogy. This afternoon enjoy a 1 hour cyclo tour & walking in the Old Quater with stopover at Dong Xuan Market. Overnight Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay

Leave Hanoi in the morning for the four-hour drive to Halong Bay. A small boat will take you to your junk (shared 4 cabin), which is anchored just offshore. Onboard, you will receive a welcome drink and cruise briefing before setting off for Bai Tu Long National Park. Cruise past floating villages, limestone peaks and hidden caves. Anchor and explore further by kayak.

Day 4: Halong Bay

Start your day with Tai Chi on the Sundeck. Before weighing anchor to cruise the bay. Take a relaxing cycle on Cat Ba Island if weather permits or guided kayaking and swimming at Three Peach Beach, a pristine natural beach lapped by the turquoise waters. Return back to your boat for a seafood lunch. This afternoon continue your discovery of Ho Ba Ham Islet, the most remote point in Lan Ha Bay and bordering the Gulf of Tonkin. Possibility of kayaking through an amazing tunnel under a karst mountain if time permits. The evening the vessel cruises back through the bay to its overnight anchorage near Ho Dong Tien. Day 5: Halong Bay - Hoi An

Your last chance for some Tai Chi on the Sundeck while complimentary tea & coffee are served. Continue cruising through the Bay passing beautiful spots like Trong (Drum), Trinh Nu (Virgin) and Me Cung Caves, Coc Ngoi (Toad) Islet, etc. Spend some time exploring the Surprise Cave (Sung Sot). Disembarking the cruise in Tuan Chau you travel back to Hanoi in time for your filght to Da Nang. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel in Hoi An. Overnight Hoi An.

Days 6-7: Hoi An

Enjoy the next couple of days at your leisure exploring this city on your own. Overnight Hoi An

Day 8: Hoi An - Saigon

Enjoy a nice long sleep in as you spend this morning at your leisure. Later this afternoon you will be transferred to the airport in time for your flight to Saigon. Overnight Saigon.

Day 9: Saigon

In the morning travel north west of the city to visit the historic Cu Chi Tunnels which were a key battleground in the Vietnam War. Upon arrival watch a short introductory video on the construction of the tunnels before spending an hour exploring the maze of tunnels, accompanied by a guide. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500-pound bombs from B52 bombers. Returning to Ho Chi Minh City early afternoon and enjoy lunch before embarking on a city tour. Major attractions include the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and the War Remnants Museum. Overnight Saigon.

Day 10: Saigon

We leave Saigon in the morning and travel to My Tho to board your cruise.. Cruising on the Mekong we get a good view of the river’s banks, fish-floating market and islands of Dragon, Unicorn,Turtle, Phoenix. Landing on Unicorn island, visit an orchard of tropical fruits: Enjoy seasonal fruits and listen to Southern traditional music. After visit the coconut candy workshop, taste fresh candy. Get on a horse-cart on the countryside road. Visit a bee- farm and enjoy honey- tea. Discover Vam Chua natural canal (Ben Tre province) by rowing boat. Afterwards we return back to My Tho before travelling back to Saigon. Overnight Saigon.

Day 11: Saigon

Sadly your time with us has come to an end as you are transferred to the airport in time for your departure flight to your next destination.
