Day 1: Hanoi

Xin Chao! Welcome to Hanoi, one of Asia’s most enchanting cities, full of culture and history. We are met at Noi Bai airport by our local guide and learn a bit about this fascinating country on the way to our hotel. If time permits we wil visit Vietnam Museum of Ethnology to discover about the cultures of many ethnic groups living in Vietnam, especially the Muong people who will have chance to know and talk with on our trip to Mai Chau the following day. (The Museum is opened till 16h30pm only. It is closed on all Mondays) Overnight in Hanoi

Day 2: Hanoi - Mai Chau

This morning we leave Hanoi for a 4 hour driving trip to Mai Chau, where we will have chance to discover the culture and the daily life of the Muong Ethnic People. We will be welcome by a local family for lunch. The afternoon, we will discover what the village has to offer and also visit the locals corn/ tea farms. Overnight in their house on stills.

Day 3: Mai Chau

After breakfast we say goodbye to our hosts for the evening then we drive to Ninh Binh – the ancient capital of Vietnam. We will visit temples of King Dinh and King Le – the very first Kings of our past. Overnight in Ninh Binh

Day 4: - Halong Bay

Ninh Binh – Halong Bay We spend the morning on the sampan boat discover the beautiful caves and peaceful Trang An river. It’s a real relaxed time seeing blue sky and the mountains surrouding. Lunch is at local restuarant before driving to Halong Bay. After hotel check in enjoy the evening at your leisure. Overnight Halong Bay

Day 5: Halong Bay

This morning is free to explore this town on your own. Mid day has you boarding our traditional wooden junk boat we cruise the emerald waters soaking up the panoramic vista of the thousand or so karst limestone islands that stud the bay. Later opt for a refreshing swim in one of the many sheltered coves before taking row boats to the floating fishing village of Vong Vieng. Tonight, there's a Vientnamese cooking demonstration held on the sundeck before an impressive seafood dinner is served. Overnight - Deluxe Junk Boat

Day 6: Halong Bay

Start the day with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck or a traditional massage. After exploring a lofty grotto hidden beneath towering cliffs, we sail back to port. Arriving to Hanoi mid afternoon an hour or so where you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
