Day 1: Hanoi

Welcome to Hanoi! Upon arrival at Hanoi Airport you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The afternoon can be spent exploring the wide, tree-lined streets of Hanoi, resplendent with French colonial architecture and the scenic Hoan Kiem Lake. Day 2: Hanoi - Halong Bay

Early this morning journey north to Halong Bay (approx 4 hours drive), stopping for refreshments en route. UNESCO Listed Halong Bay is undoubtedly one of Vietnam's most spectacular regions. Thousands of karst limestone and jungle covered peaks and isles, rise dramatically out of the emerald waters of the bay. Spend the day cruising around the islands on board a traditional Junk boat, stopping to explore caves and coves and to swim in the emerald waters. You can also take a row boat to visit the floating fishing village of Vung Vieng - where you'll gain a fascinating insight into the daily life of the local people. Enjoy a scrumptious buffet lunch and set dinner whilst onboard.

Day 3: Halong Bay

Start your day with Tai Chi on the sundeck. Today you have options of Lan Ha Bay excursion, Cycling on Cat Ba Island if weather permits or guided kayaking and swimming at Three Peach Beach, a pristine natural beach lapped by the turquoise waters. After a fresh seafood lunch on-board, continue your discovery of Ho Ba Ham Islet, the most remote point in Lan Ha Bay and bordering the Gulf of Tonkin. The vessel cruises back through the bay to its overnight anchorage near Ho Dong Tien. Sumptuous set-dinner on-board. This evening enjoy the movie or join our staff at the reception for squid fishing.

Day 4: Halong Bay - Saigon

Bhaya Classic weighs anchor to cruise through the Bay passing beautiful spots like Trong, Trinh Nu and Me Cung Caves, Coc Ngoi Islet, etc. Buffet brunch is served onboard before the vessel cruises leisurely back to harbour. After disembarking, we transfer to airport in Hanoi for your flight to Ho Chi Minh. Upon arrival, your local representative will greet you and assist with the transfer to your hotel.

Day 5: Saigon

In the morning travel north west of the city to visit the historic Cu Chi Tunnels which were a key battleground in the Vietnam War. Upon arrival watch a short introductory video on the construction of the tunnels before spending an hour exploring the maze of tunnels, accompanied by a guide. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500-pound bombs from B52 bombers. Returning to Ho Chi Minh City early afternoon and enjoy free time for lunch before embarking on a city tour. Major attractions include the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral and the War Remnants Museum.

Day 6: Saigon - Can Tho

Explore the beautiful Mekong Delta today! Early this morning drive to Cai Be and board a traditional Sampan boat at around 10:00am. First stop on your scenic Mekong Delta cruise, is the colourful floating market of Cai Be, where traders in barges full of fruits and vegetables sell their goods. Continue cruising along the scenic Mekong canals to Dong Hoa Hiep Island located between Vinh Long and Cai Be. After lunch on the island we witness the rural lifestyle and daily activities of the delta inhabitants.

Day 7: Can Tho - Chau Doc

This morning we cruise along the narrow canals and waterways in a small boat and after visit the Cai Rang-Phong Dien floating market with its hordes of small vendor boats. We return to Can Tho before driving to Chau Doc for your overnight stay.

Day 8: Chau Doc - Phnom Penh

After breakfast, enjoy the thrilling speed boat from Chau Doc to Phnom Penh (approx. timing 0700am-1200pm). After hotel check in you will get to see the highlights of this bustling city including the fascinating Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda, and the National Museum. You can climb the hill to Wat Phnom, the city’s main temple, where you'll find throngs of worshippers and troops of monkeys.

Day 9: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap

Spend time at leisure this morning before your flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. This afternoon, ride a Tuk Tuk to visit the 12th century Angkor Thom, the last capital of the Khmer Empire. Starting at the South Gate, take a walk along the ancient city wall to see the lost temple of Prasat Chroung. Continue on to the spectacular Bayon temple, where you are surrounded by the smiling faces of numerous Buddhas. Also visit the Terrace of the Elephants, the Royal Palace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

Day 10: Siem Reap

Time to explore more of the Angkor Temple Complex. Rise early this morning to avoid the crowds and travel by Tuk Tuk to visit the incredible jungle enveloped temple of Ta Prohm, which featured in the film 'Tomb Raider'. Next, visit the spectacular Angkor Wat temple. Enjoy a guided tour around this huge structure and learn about the glories of the Kingdom of Angkor before returning to the hotel for a late breakfast and a rest. Continue sightseeing this afternoon with a visit to the temple of Banteay Srei or ‘Citadel of the Women’. On your way back to Siem Reap, enjoy the sunset from the top of the pyramid-shaped temple of Pre Rup.

Day 11: Siem Reap

Today your exciting Asian adventure comes to an end after breakfast, hotel check out and a transfer to the airport for your flight home.
