This morning stroll around the lake before tucking into a traditional Vietnamese breakfast at a café boasting marvellous views of the lake. The guide will transfer us to one bustling local market to get the overview of Vietnam ingredients. Our chef will introduce you to some of the vendors, demystify the ingredients, encourage you to assist you with purchasing items for the cooking lesson later. On a local family the friendly host shows us her beautiful house and herb garden before learning some of Vietnam’s well-known dishes such as Banh cuon, Nem ca. We leave hotel at 08:30am for the drive to Halong Bay Embark on Bhaya Classic for a Welcome Cocktail followed by a cruise briefing. Savor a delicious Vietnamese buffet lunch as Bhaya Classic heads to Bai Tu Long Bay passing Oan Lagoon, Mat Quy (Monster Head) and Am Tich (Teapot) Islets and Vung Vieng fishing village. Visit the fishing village by local rowing boat then return to the vessel for free time at your leisure. The vessel cruises back through the bay to its overnight anchorage near Ho Dong Tien. Spend the next two days at leisure in Nha Trang. The resort is ideal for scuba diving, snorkelling or simply relaxing on the sandy beach. Today we take the flight to Saigon. Upon arrival, we have a half-day tour to visit the War Museum, the Re-unification Palace, the Central Post Office and the Cathedral. Overnight at Liberty Central
Pick-up at the hotel in Saigon. Boarding of the cruise vessel and check-in Panorama cruise and lunch on board. Guided walk to a rural village or through the lush greens of orchards and rice paddies.
