Marrakech conjures up images of a spicy, colourful, exotic city and it certainly is. I was lucky enough to sample and help with dinner at a riad hidden in the depths of the souk, a winding labyrinth of markets. As I started adding spices to the dishes being prepared the different aromas wafted up, a mixture of too many spices to remember. All I can say is that the food was out of this world and I only wish I was able to re-create it!

About Charlie Bridger
An early start in travelling by locating from the UK to Thailand when only 3 months old and having lived in 3 countries before the age of 5, it started a love of travelling that continues to this day. As my dad told me, travelling is the best experience you can ever have and it has certainly held true. No regrets and the quote that says this best is "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." -- Mark Twain
