Day 1: Athens Welcome to Greece! We explore on an orientation walk some of the Graeco-Roman sights in this historical city such as the Temple of Zeus, the Roman Agora, the Panathenaic Stadium (restored for the first modern Olympics of 1896) and the Acropolis this afternoon, so make sure your flight arrives in time. Overnight – Athens.
Days 2 - 7: Greek Islands Athens - Greek islands - breakfast daily. Leaving Athens and travelling by inter-island ferries we visit the best of the Greek Islands including - Santorini, Mykonos and Samos. We’ll be able to explore some of the best of these islands with time for relaxation and working on that tan. Choose a couple of optional day trips to outerlying islands, perhaps hire a jetski or go water-skiing. The choice is yours. Overnight – Santorini (2), Mykonos (1) and 1 night ferry or Samos -depending on ferry scheduling. Our go guide contains further itinerary details!
Day 7 & 8: Kusadasi Greek islands - Kusadasi - breakfast. We travel by inter-island ferry to Kusadasi from where we explore the legendary Roman ruins of Ephesus and visit a leather manufacturer, with dinner on day 8. Dinner (day 8) and overnight (2)– Kusadasi
Day 9: Pamukkale Kusadasi - Pamukkale - breakfast. Today, we visit the cotton castles of Pamakkule and the ruins of Roman Hieropolis. Dinner and Overnight – Pamukkale
Days 10 - 12: Fethiye Pamukkale - Fethiye - breakfast. A great day out visiting a carpet manufacturer and Saklikent Gorge, a natural canyon. Why not tube ride down river? It’s top fun! On day 11 we enjoy a cruise with lunch from Fethiye to some outerlying islands. On day 12, we’ve a free day to enjoy swimming and relaxing in Fethiye. Overnight (3) – Fethiye

Days 13 & 14: Antalya Fethiye – Antalya – breakfast. Following the Mediterranean coast, we visit ancient Myra en route to Antalya. On day 14 we visit the Roman ruins of Aspendos. Mevlana Whirling Dervish Museumin Konya and the Silk Road caravanserai en route to Cappadocia. Overnight (1) - Antalya, (1)– Cappadocia
Days 15 - 16: Cappadocia Cappadocia region – breakfast. We visit some ancient caravanserais and the beautiful Ihlara Valley. An optional and fun Turkish folklore evening is available tonight. On day 16, enjoy a tour of the World Heritage listed Goreme Valley complete with rock-cut Byzantine churches and temples, Zelve with its ‘fairy chimneys’ and Devrent Valley for its unique wind hewn landscape. Days 17 - 18: Cappadocia Cappadocia – Istanbul – breakfast. Via Ankara to Istanbul, we visit the Ancient Civilisation’s Museum. On day 18 enjoy a guided tour of Istanbul and farewell dinner . Dinner (1) and overnight (2) – Istanbul
Day 19 - Istanbul Istanbul – breakfast. After breakfast tour ends.
NOTE: No guided sightseeing is offered on the Greek islands. This tour emphatically offers relaxation on the Greek Islands.
