Trance group Above & Beyond are celebrating their 450th Trance Around The World (TATW) radio show with a marathon broadcast in India.
The landmark event, named TATW450, will last for eight hours on 10 November and Jono Grant, Tony McGuinness, and Paavo Siljamaki are enlisting the help of Sunburn Festival promoters Submerge for the broadcast.
The act has an affinity with India and, after naming their famous Anjunabeats record label after a beach in Goa, it is fitting the marathon radio show will take place in the country.
"India, its people and music have always had a special place in our hearts," said Siljamaki.
"Not only does the dance music culture span thousands of years there, we've witnessed incredible growth of the electronic music there since we first started Anjunabeats."
There is a fast-growing club scene in India and electronic music is thriving in the country. Although they played the Sunburn Festival in Goa last December, the show will be the first full appearance of the Group Therapy album and tour in India.
Above & Beyond have been touring Group Therapy around the world for 18 months.
