A surprise duet with South American singer Paula Fernandes was the surprise highlight of country pop superstar Taylor Swift's concert in Brazil.
The Brazilian singer-songwriter joined the 22-year-old American on stage at Rio de Janeiro's Citibank Hall to perform Long Live - with Fernandes singing the verses in Portuguese and then teaming up with Swift to belt out the chorus in English.
Fernandes, 28, recorded a Portuguese version of Long Live earlier this year but the concert in South America was the first time the two singers had performed it together live. The duet thrilled the crowds with the pair later holding hands to take a bow.
Swift's trip to Brazil also saw her presented with a gold record for sales of her concert album Speak Now World Tour Live.
Hailing from Pennsylvania, Swift moved to Nashville, Tennessee, at the age of 14 to pursue her country music career. She has released four albums and the Speak Now World Tour has been attended by more than 1.6 million fans around the globe.
