DJ trio hit India on farewell tour

28th Sep 2012

People looking for evening entertainment after spending a day browsing historical sites in India and South Africa will be able to end their day with a DJ set should they wish after new tour dates were announced.

Electronic music trio Swedish House Mafia have included the two countries on their globe-trotting farewell tour.

The group will play the Sun Arena Polo Ground in Mumbai on November 17 and Unitech Golf Course in Delhi the following day.

Later in the tour they'll touch down in South Africa for two dates at Wild Waters in Johannesburg on January 25 and 26 .

The group, which features producers Steve Angello, Axwell and Sebastian Ingrosso, announced their intention to go out at the top in June this year.

The 'One Last Tour' kicks off at the World Trade Centre in Dubai on November 16 and will see the trio snaking their way across continents - including their first (and last) ever dates in India, Russia and South Africa.

Tickets for the Indian and South African leg of the tour go on sale on October 8, with all other tickets available from 12pm on Friday September 28.
