India, Brazil, South Africa and Turkey have been named among the 'Magnificent Seven' dream destinations for international travellers.
The quartet will be put to the vote alongside Indonesia, Fiji and Dubai over the next fortnight to determine which is the world's No.1 desirable destination.
WAYN.com (Where Are You Now?) travel and lifestyle social networking community based its list on data from its 21 million users, Breaking Travel News online travel industry resource centre reports.
As well as prizes for the voters, competition organisers will give $70,000 (£46,500) worth of marketing promotion to each nominee.
All seven will have strong cases.
India's fascinating terrain stretches from the Himalayan mountains to Kerala's tropical greenery, and from the sacred Ganges to the Thar desert. Its cultural sites, which make it a go-to destination for specialist tours, number the architectural must-see that is the Taj Mahal.
Brazil boasts the Zoological Park of Sao Paulo, restaurants galore and the infamous Catedral da Se, as well as several festivals and events such as a fashion week, international film festival and a pancake festival.
South Africa's tourism trump cards - which make it a firm favourite for family holidays - include heavenly Durban beaches, Table Mountain and Kruger National Park, home to cheetahs, giraffes and rhinos.
Turkey has myriad museums, mosques, palaces, pavilions, fortresses, statues, monuments, towers and castles, Turkish baths and shopping aplenty, including The Grand Bazaar, one of the world's oldest and largest covered markets at 652 years old.
