Reggae star Sean Paul announces India tour

Sean Paul is set to perform a live multi-city tour of India for the first time.

The Jamaican reggae star is scheduled to perform his first Indian concert in Quantum, Noida, on November 2.It is expected he will then continue on a short tour with performances at Mumbai's Andheri Sports Complex on November 3 followed by Manpho Convention Centre in Bengaluru on November 4.

Fardeen Shirazi, creative head of the organiser Blue Note Entertainment, said the Grammy-winning artist is "a big fan of Indian music" and has been keen to perform in India for some time as he has a lot of friends in Goa.

"His arrival here will be a huge occasion for all of us," the executive added.
